A great way to review and track social engagement
What do you like best about the product?
The site provides an easy and helpful way for our team to review posts, schedule engagement, and monitor our successes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard provides a limited at-a-glace view of our engagement. It would be great to be able to better customize the view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our team on the same page regarding what is being scheduled.
The Best Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Spout's scheduling tool is simple to use and helps you determine the best time for your social media content to be posted to best reach your audience. The analytics offered help you dive deeper into the status of your content and help simplify how social media is performing to people who may not know social media analytics or data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how difficult it is to tag users on LinkedIn. Even when people are following your LinkedIn page, it is impossible to tag their profiles. As LinkedIn continues to integrate new features, I'd like to see more from Sprout to integrate these features into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of scheduling posts at optimal times and simple, easy to read analytics.
Scheduling posts allows me to confirm with clients that the posts I schedule will not interfere with the content they are scheduling.
The analytics allow me to simplify how well a post does in layman's terms for people who are not familiar with social media analytics or benchmarks.

Easy to use social software
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to access all my socials in one place and I can schedule and forward plan for all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like how it works and no feedback yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me create social posts and scheduling with ease
Useful but pricey
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling across platforms is super useful, as is the linkin bio.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is a bit too high. I worry that as an NGO we’ll have to give it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s saving us time!
Makes managing our social media accounts easy
What do you like best about the product?
Manual scheduling of publications, switching between platforms and wasting hours on spreadsheets analyzing data was taking too long and we were not efficient. Now with the ease with which one can organize posts across multiple social networks using Sprout Social was the initial element that caught my eye. We can publish on almost all popular sites, and the user interface is very intuitive. Surprisingly, I can schedule content on-demand while you browse the web with the Chrome extension. This has saved me many times when I wanted to quickly share some relevant services or offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the analytics were more comprehensive and could compare different campaigns or break down types of content. Because of this, we could improve our strategies and choose better options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to schedule releases weeks in advance, and specific content is distributed in a service release. As long as we were not under continuous surveillance, we could maintain an ever-present presence on social networks. We have a single dashboard where we centralize everything, which allows us to save time, improve internal communication and optimize our content strategy In addition, the detailed data allowed us to demonstrate to customers the ROI of our work, which led to contract renewals. Managing customer interactions has been a priority.
Best in the business
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is definitely the industry leader when it comes to scheduling. I've used other apps and sprout social makes it so easy to schedule posts and their analytics reporting is far more comprehensive than any other app I've used. I also really enjoy how easy it is to integrate other tools for a range of things to implement into your strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is difficult to confront on first glace. I've used other scheduling tools that are more aesthetically pleasing to use and friendlier upon first glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run 4 social pages and most have the same posts, but rather than having to go on each platform to create a post I am able to have a central location where I can share multiple posts at once saving me time. It also has social media listening and tracking tools that I am able to incorporate in my business practice to make sure that I am pushing content that my viewers enjoy.
good software but still lacking some functions
What do you like best about the product?
UX is nice and tidy, allows you to moderate multiple social media channels at a time
What do you dislike about the product?
functionality to like or report content still missing, need to login through social media portal directly which defeats the purpose of using sprout in the first place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tagging and marking comments to follow up with, ability to moderate social media without having to log in from multiple channels
Convenient Way to Manage Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I'm relatively new to the platform as we moved our accounts to Sprout to be consistent with the rest of our company. It's very easy to use. It seems like there is ample opportunity to learn best practices and tips and tricks. I haven't gotten too far down that road.
What do you dislike about the product?
My old platform had built-in streams so I could see feeds from each of our accounts. Perhaps that's possible in Sprout, but it's not how my view was configured. I do miss that versus having to navigate to the native app to view streams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
scheduling posts with the optimal times has been easy and beneficial.
Easy, simple, and clean
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the interface is clean and doesn't make it hard to find things. After just one day of training, I found it easy to use. For those with learning disabilities, I think it is overall helpful and user-friendly for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the only thing I dislike is that there is limited customization available for the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being organized involves prioritizing important posts first and filtering out spam from our dashboard.
Intuitive and Robust
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has a lot to offer but the intuitive nature of the interface is what I like the most. It's easy to build a post, create a report, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to refine each social media platform on one single post instead of needing to create separate posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to easily create content for the brands I work on and track their results. I appreciate the way Sprout integrates all the functionality of each social media platform into their interface making it robust.
