What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use on both desk top and mobile and ability to draft and schedule posts is a great feature. You can easily amend scheduled post times / dates. Different views for week, month or year allow you to clearly see scheduled posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there is nothing I do not like about Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. While managing social posts while working in a sales role, Sprout takes a lot of time off my hands in terms of scheduling and choosing post times. You can easily track metrics such as engagement and use this data to tweak future posts. If something changes it is easy to switch a post to a different date and time, simply by click & dragging on a post and selecting a new date.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they stay on top of functionality in native platforms + have advanced social listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only capability I would like to see is deeper TikTok integration and listening. Particularly in the comments!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use sprout for posting, reporting, social listening, and analytics.
Helpful post preview before publishing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the post preview feature. Before hitting publish or scheduling, I can see exactly how the post will of last - minute formatting issues or unexpected layouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. Previewing give me peace of mind
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
products/sprout-social/reviews only find out something looked off after it was published. Now, I know what it I'll look like in advance and make quick edits if needed.
A real time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the cross-platform publishing functionality. My team can now share posts across all channels at the click of a button. We also can answer all consumer engagement in once central location!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the platforms that allow Sprout integration remove some of the technical features (like not being able to tag someone in the response of a comment). Sprout also has limited reporting on certain profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent answer consumers on different platforms, and syndicating content across all channels seamlessly.
Excellent social media management system with seamless integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The overall functionality is very efficient and easy to use, helping me save time in creating multiple posts across numerous profiles, along with an excellent reporting suite that gives me a lot of insight and depth into our activity and how our content is performing
What do you dislike about the product?
one function that could be smoother is creating groups in Sprout as currently it can be a slow process of creating a group and only being able to select 1 profile at first, then go into the new group separately and add more profiles rather than being able to add multiple profiles as you first set up a group
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problems wehre around howtime consuming it can be to create a post that goes out to a large amount of profiles, which could take up to a full day to complete in business suite. with Sprout, we're now able to post out to multiple profiles at once, saving us huge amounts of time and effort

There is plenty of information available, and it's easy to schedule our social media posts from the company account across our global divisions.

Information is sometimes not intuitive to fetch from different parts of the platform.

A Must-Have for Organized Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an incredibly helpful tool for keeping my social media efforts organized and efficient. The calendar view is one of my favorite features—it gives me a clear, visual overview of all scheduled content, making it easy to plan ahead and spot gaps. I also really appreciate the ability to track specific campaigns across platforms, which helps me stay focused and measure what’s working. The reporting functionality is top-notch as well, with easy-to-understand insights that help guide strategy.
Beyond the platform itself, Sprout has been fairly easy to implement. The onboarding process was smooth and well-supported, and their customer support team has been consistently responsive and helpful. The training provided during onboarding was fantastic. Overall, Sprout makes it much easier to manage multiple moving parts in one place, and the support behind the tool is just as strong as the platform itself.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most frustrating limitations with Sprout Social is the inability to tag individuals who don’t already follow our LinkedIn page. This creates a gap in functionality. As a workaround, I have to post natively on LinkedIn, tag the appropriate individuals, and then go back into Sprout to manually track or report on it. It disrupts the workflow and defeats part of the purpose of using an all-in-one tool. I hope this functionality is improved soon.

Sprout Social helps me solve one of the biggest challenges in social media management: staying organized across multiple channels and campaigns. The calendar feature is a game-changer—it gives me a clear, centralized view of all scheduled content, so I always know what’s going out and when. This visibility makes it much easier to plan strategically and avoid overlap or content gaps.
Sprout also makes it easy to tag content properly, which is key for tracking campaigns and pulling accurate analytics. The built-in reporting tools save me a ton of time by quickly surfacing the data I need to evaluate performance and share results with stakeholders. Overall, Sprout brings structure and clarity to what could easily become a chaotic process.

Very Initiative Platform - Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Intergrations with the core social platforms, consolidated inbox feature, helpful reporting, and great calendar view for all content being posted and scheduled. We use the platform daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much support as I'd like for an enterprise account. To my knowledge we don't have a dedicated CSM to ask questions or touch base with. It would be helpful to have someone to remind us of the available features and share new updates as they come out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full integration with all platforms including TikTok - allows us to manage all platforms in one place. We can schedule out content in advance and manage customer feedback via the inbox.
