Great tool for community and social media management
What do you like best about the product?
As a community manager my favourite features are Sprout's ability to tag and close multiple cases. I love that you can do everything in one - schedule posts, view analytics and reply to comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if that had an option to reply from the main page of the Smart Inbox instead of having to 'view threrad'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me keep up to date with my community. This helps me to build a strong, tapped in community that can reply on our help and responses.
Great Social Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely user-friendly, making scheduling and publishing content seamless. I especially appreciate how easy it is to engage with and manage our community in real time. The analytics are also robust and valuable for reporting to leadership. Overall, I highly recommend it for social teams of any size, from small to large.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some API limitations with TikTok, and it would be great to have more platform-specific features available. That said, overall, the experience has been positive with little else to critique.

A comprehensive solution for content management, analytics, and community engagement that streamlines workflows previously handled separately and manually.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is its clean, intuitive interface and how easy it is to manage multiple social media profiles from one place. The Smart Inbox is especially useful for consolidating all messages and interactions across platforms so nothing slips through the cracks. The reporting and analytics features are also really strong and visually appealing, which makes sharing performance data with stakeholders much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Sprout Social is the price point, especially for smaller businesses or teams just starting out. Some features are only available in higher-tier plans, which can be limiting. Additionally, while it supports major platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook well, integrations with some niche or newer platforms are lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving the problem of fragmented social media management by providing a centralized platform for scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and reporting. It eliminates the need to jump between multiple native apps, which saves time and reduces the risk of missing messages or posting inconsistencies. It's also solving the challenge of team collaboration by offering tools like approval workflows and shared calendars. For me, this has improved efficiency, enhanced content quality, and made it much easier to measure the impact of our social efforts with clear, exportable reports.
A beginner-friendly tool for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Sprout Social is how easy it is to plan and schedule content across multiple platforms. The calendar is helpful for seeing all of my content at once and keeping tabs on what will be going live and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I struggle with on Sprout Social is its analytics/reporting. I sometimes would prefer a higher level overview than what's provided because some stakeholders don't understand what certain metrics mean. ore comprehensive audience/follower data would be nice, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having more strategic social media planning and management helps build our brand awareness and improves customer sentiment. More people notice and interact with our pages because posts are now more relevant and data-driven.

User-Friendly Platform with Robust Features
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes getting started smooth even for new users like myself. I really like the clean interface and how everything is organized logically. There are also plenty of powerful features to explore — from publishing tools to analytics and reporting — and I can see how valuable it will be once I’m fully familiar with all the functions. Also, a big shoutout to our customer support rep, Jaeme, who has been a great help whenever I had questions. Their support really adds to the positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve due to the sheer number of features available. While that’s not necessarily a bad thing, it does take some time to explore everything thoroughly and figure out how to make the most of the platform.

Sprout Social helps streamline our social media management by bringing everything into one place — scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance across platforms. It saves me time and reduces the need to switch between multiple tools. The unified dashboard and reporting features also make it easier to share insights with the team and make more informed content decisions.
Usability is Easy

The ease of use for the site. The site is well organized.

Responding to social media posts and comments in an organized manner
Quite Comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
We mainly use it for social media reporting and tracking competitors. I think the reporting function is pretty comprehensive, giving us visibility on a wide range of data that we need to provide for our client on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. You can build out what data you want to see in your report and take away anything you don't want to include, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's not as intuitive in user experience as it could be, especially in reporting. Custom reports are now defunct but that section still lives, and finding/creating new reports has been confusing. When I have a report labeled "[MONTH] Monthly Report" I will click on it and it will still show whatever stat date range I have currently highlighted, which is not always that month that I have it labeled as. I just think there are a lot of ways to streamline saving reports that still live on Sprout Social and being able to access past stats without having to keep updating the date range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for reporting, and it is comprehensive enough that we rarely have to go to the chosen app to pull stats. It helps streamline our process every month/quarter/year, which is very helpful when working on these reports across teams.
My personal favorite social planning app all in one!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Sprout is that, as a social media manager who runs socials completely by myself, I need to have a great plan for the week and Sprout makes that so easy. I love that everything I need to do my job is in one spot! Not only was it easy to get started with Sprout, the team there made everything so simple with all of the help that they gave. They made sure to tailor their focuses onto what I would need for daily use. They helped me set everything up and made it seamless for me to transfer my assets and social accounts onto their platform. Sprout has become a part of my everyday routine at this point! I don't think I'd be able to work without it at this point!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides that I have experienced with Sprout are the features that are app specific. Things like stickers, in-app features, and linking to capcut on TikTok would be great to have but because of the limitations, its virtually impossible. However, besides these features, Sprout has everything that I have ever wanted!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've solved efficiency in all ways in my book. Before, it took me 9 hours in a day to just plan, create, post, and report for social posts. Now, I can get all of it done within a few hours and have time to plan out with more thought behind it.
Great tool, UI needs work
What do you like best about the product?
The Smart inbox feature is great! It is insightful and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not user friendly. One that is not familiar with this tool might find it hard to navigate to get the most out of Sprout Social. It would be great to have some videos with help center articles to better utilize the tool
