Performant tool for Social Media monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout interface. It's complete, intuitive, customizable. It provides valuable insights and alerts with a good flexibility on settings with an all-in-one solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the use I have, I would appreciate a better sentiment analysis. "Neutral" comments are sometimes negative, and vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me monitor different SoMe channels in one place for Customer Care, and provides valuable insights about sentiments, good/bad buzz. It's easy to access everything that is said about my company.

It's easy to get started, but I would have appreciated a mini training course in French.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social's reporting capabilities stand out due to their comprehensiveness. They offer a centralized view of tracking cross-network engagements and impressions, which is invaluable for understanding the overall impact of our social strategy and identifying key trends over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While dashboards are customizable, there are constraints in visual customization or the ability to manipulate raw data directly within the reporting interface. Specific advanced analytical needs require exporting data for further manipulation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me streamline performance tracking and simplify team communication by providing customizable reports that are easy to understand.
From Later to Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
I think the layout of Sprout, and the process of drafting to publishing has been really thought out. Great UI. I also thought Sprout Academy was well worth it - just wished it was a bit updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved about Sprout is having better integrations with other tools we use -- and then having ultra-visibility and specific editing capabilities. I want to be able to mass upload content and then choose which platform it goes on, and then tailor per those specific channels within the same window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving my analytics problem - everything I need is right there to pull some strategic insights that will inform content and pivoting .
Sprout has been a wonderful tool for Social media Execution and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. I used Emplifi at my last job and cannot believe how easy Sprout is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side is how much more you have to pay to utilize some feautures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The messaging aspect to quickly respond has been crucial! Sprout keeps everything so organized too.
Great tool for marketing collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to schedule and approve posts in advance and see an overall view of engagement across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing multiple team members to have a hand in our organic social strategy but still allowing managerial approval before anything is published. And compiling social media metrics across multiple sites into one platform.
Good for managing Social content across platforms. Reporting & API could use some work.
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to manage social content and post across different platforms. Much easier than having to go into each platform and go through every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is very basic/functional. API has limitations (i.e. no X social listening data) and the organic + paid reporting is not fit for our reporting purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Social content and posting across various platforms. Saves us a lot of time and does it effective.
The standard in social media publishing
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is the best one around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity. Having the industry standard often means having one too many features that not everyone needs or simply clutters the UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My agency manages several social media profiles for clients big and small, and having a dedicated tool to do it all is quite amazing. If its related to social media, Sprout does it.
Good product for managing multiple social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for managing multiple accounts and all the reporting options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's higher cost, compared to other social media management software programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to keep all my social media accounts management in one place, with scheduling, responding, and looking at analytics.
A bit cumbersome
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social can send me notifications from several platforms, so that I don't have to individually monitor sights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design is a bit clunky, and I find myself searching for the correct box to tick, or from where I should respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The streamlining of user feedbacks is great, it makes it quick for me to see all the notifications we've gotten.
