Sprout Makes Social Scheduling Easy Peasy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage all of my social accounts in one place. I enjoy the "optimal times" feature and all of the analytics I have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the bulk uploading experience was better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes social sharing simple and provides the data I need to measure performance. I spend significantly less time scheduling out posts - which is a huge win in my book!
Helpful, easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is pretty user friendly and intuitive. It has been a game changer for us for scheduling posts and managing comments etc. Sprout also has a lot of helpful content on their website and in their emails related to the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I run into very minor issues when drafting a post to publish, but it's always small
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes it a lot faster for us to schedule posts, manage comments and messages across all channels, and review the data/metrics.
I like sprout social, it saves lot's of time and headaches but has limitations.
What do you like best about the product?
Out of all the softwares I tested, Sprout was the best when it comes to logging into multiple clients social media accounts and keeping the accounts organized by clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is astronomical for small business owners and also there are some software limits but that is likely just due to the social media network limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have numerous clients and Sprout Social allows me to login to my clients accounts without having to save passwords and log in and out constantly.
Effortless Social Management with a Minor Limitation
What do you like best about the product?
I've really enjoyed using Sprout Social—the interface is clean, intuitive, and incredibly user-friendly. It makes managing multiple accounts feel seamless and efficient. Overall, a great tool for social media management!
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement: Instagram now allows up to 20 photos in a carousel, but Sprout still limits uploads to 10. I’d love to see that updated so we can take full advantage of Instagram’s features. I would also love to be able to add music for instagram natively in the sprout platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to see all of the content I have scheduled across multiple platforms all in once space. It is beneficial to me so that I don't have to run through multiple platforms. I also tend to post the same content on multiple platforms so I really enjoy the duplicate feature.
Great Social Media tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social makes it easy to schedule and post, but more importantly, the intuitive reporting capabilities are what make this program stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are no downsides to Sprout Social itself. I have used other programs such as Hootsuite and I by far prefer this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to respond to all customers in a timely manner in one place. The report tools also make it easy to update upper management by having automated reports sent directly to them.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Sprout Social is that it makes scheduling social media posts easy- such as managing different timeframes, identifying the best times to post, and viewing data on impressions, engagement, and performance by month, year, and content type.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Sprout Social is that it now requires one/two-factor authentication, and sometimes posts fail to publish due to errors, even after being scheduled.
Training and Support would be great to learn the full Sprout Social options it has to offer. The ease of integration for Tiktok could be better due to not having the option to connect it without being a business profile.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping by having the opportunity to view our competitors posts, viewing our data and being able to compare, scheduling post in advance.
Live Love Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of managing all my client accounts in one place. I know that's the point, but I want to specifically touch on the competitor reports and tag reports. I love being able to tag incoming items to come back to later and how Sprout will compile everything into a report for me that's easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
I recently had an issue with ad sets becoming disconnected from Sprout. This was super frustrating for me, as well as a client, as it led to missed opportunities for customer support and frontline engagement. I did receive quality customer support from Sprout Social, but it is just frustrating that this would be an issue suddenly with no warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is allowing me to keep a pulse on all of my clients at the same time even when they are across so many different industries. The platform makes it easy to recall specific engagement instances, pinpoint increases/decreases in traffic and report findings to my team and the client.
Great Social Media Analytics Software for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has developed APIs for reporting, reducing the time necessary to map data and build dashboards and reports with easy implementation. Compared to other software, integration with third-party tools is relatively simple. The KPIs are comprehensive but not overwhelming, allowing users to extract meaningful insights more efficiently. Sprout’s team is highly customer-focused, receptive to suggestions, and committed to innovation in technology, tools, and user retention. Additionally, Sprout enables faster, more frequent deployment of social media posts across multiple platforms within one single software, in addition to frequently accessible analytics tools for monitoring performance, so it's a frequently used software for multiple roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a fault of Sprout, but the 3rd party social media platforms sharing data aren't always equal in KPI's and metrics. Some of this could be regulations in countries and privacy caused on the platforms as well. But the varying KPI's and visibility of the performance on these platforms is hard to compare and tell what works best for users, without some trial and error not always visible in the data itself.

Seeing social media performance results faster and with more clarity to make decisions.

Sprout Social has been a fantastic tool for managing our social media planning and reporting. It makes it easy to schedule posts across all our channels, stay organized with a clear calendar view, and collaborate as a team.
We especially love the reporting and analytics — the insights are clear, actionable, and make it simple to track performance and share results with stakeholders.

What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found any big downsides. Occasionally we have challenges with uploading images, especially video, that seem different across team members, but in general, we're really happy with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy for us to batch social, planning in advance, as well as tag, and quickly report on effectiveness.
