Great for multi location social media managment!

What do you like best about the product?
We have 3 locations and are opening a 4th in a couple of months. We post on all of the channels, instagram, facebook, tiktok - there are so many accounts to manage and post from. This helps streamline our scheduling process - even allowing us to post stories!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides thus far! It has everythingwe need

Posting on many platforms and scheduling out posts - also allowing team reviews/comments

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it's a Sprout issue, but I dislike that accounts get disconnected from time to time. This invariably happens while I'm on vacation. Would be nice to get advance warning of when it's about to happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and analytics. Saves times and provides valuable insights.

Unparalleled Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
I've worked in social media for over 10 years now, and utilized many third-party social media management tools in my time, but Sprout Social is hands down the best in its class. Just from a report-building standpoint alone, it's heads above the rest in terms of quality, automated insights, touching on the most important metrics, and building a story about how our content has performed and succeeded. Then throw in the ease of use in the publishing space, as well as the user-friendly settings and account access, and you've got a truly amazing product that serves social media professionals everything they need to succeed. My team uses this tool multiple times a day, so its a place where we spend a lot of time and need functionality to be top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love additional included (aka not an upgrade) social listening insights in the reporting section, but I do understand that those capabilities are constantly being built out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is always adding on more tools for pulling metrics that matter to the various social media platform algorithms. They also are very aware of our pain points (LinkedIn API I'm looking at you) and are super supportive in finding the best work-arounds possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for almost half of my professional career, every single day, and I can confidently say it is my absolute favorite social media tool. I have used and demoed a huge number of social tools in my life and Sprout Social always leads the pack, especially regarding monitoring and analytics.
One of my primary responsibilities involves fielding and monitoring all of our mentions (and more) and I never feel like I miss anything!
Sprout has been incredibly easy to integrate within my social team and even cross-functional teams. I am also the person on my team who often has to train new users on certain features, or where to quickly find things and it has never been difficult to explain.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Sprout can feel a bit cluttered or leave me feeling aimless with how many additional features that are added, especially with AI suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company's leadership often asks us for summaries and general "vibe checks" across multiple social platforms. Sprout's monitoring and listening tools enables my team to quickly and easily digest social media information (mentions, discussions that may not directly tag us, competitor conversations, etc.) rapidly

Re-establish work-life balance with Sprout

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Sprout, I can now do many of my social media tasks on my computer again, instead of using my personal device for social media posts. It also helps me re-establish my personal time as I can streamline so many tasks, whether that's creating a content calendar, responding to messages, or exploring competitor content! The learning curve is quite manageable and it's easy to set up and use, with a supportive customer service team as well. Now, I'm posting more than ever before - I love that my intern has a way to upload content for approval! Before, I never paid attention to when I posted, but now I can see when my audience is most engaged, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so much data, it's up to the user to make sense of it! The more complicated of an enterprise-wide user system you have, the more complicated your Sprout could be. I would love to see a more built-out approval system, that allows me to give more feedback about the content. Also, I'm sure many would like to be able to import from Canva directly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Sprout, it was hard to track analytics and was often pushed aside. Now, it's easy to review and reflect frequently! I also appreciate the way it allows me to publish from my computer and allows me to no longer have work content on my personal devices. I post much more frequently now!

It's not easy to schedule content ahead of time just for holds, tag and report features could be better and include more social profiles, newer social media platforms aren't available

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to navigate. The best feature is being able to duplicate posts and clearly see your line up of scheduled posts on the calendar. The analytics are also SO helpful for our business. Sprout Support is also super quick to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lag from YouTube numbers over to Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's telling me which posts are doing well and which arent and it's helping our business post to multiple platforms in an orderly way.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, UI, and toolsets. It facilitates the scheduling process while giving me insights to easily see performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you do need to reset accounts because data might be off, but customer service has been quick to help fix things.

Helps expedite the scheduling process, each month it also helps with my MoM social reports

What do you like best about the product?
As a boutique agency that focuses deeply on real relationships and engagement (not just content), we were initially drawn to Sprout Social for its robust tools — and overall, it delivered on a lot of fronts.

What we love:

The Smart Inbox – Game changer. Having all our DMs, comments, and mentions from multiple platforms in one place made our team’s daily engagement flow so much smoother. It saved time, minimized things slipping through the cracks, and made it easier to respond with heart.

Social Listening Tools – As an agency obsessed with genuine connection, this feature helped us track conversations happening around key topics and client brands. It allowed us to join in on relevant discussions in real-time, spot trends, and keep a pulse on what mattered to our clients’ audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few things that made it less than ideal for our season of business:

Long-Term Contracts – While we understand the need for commitment on their end, we really wish there were more flexible options — especially for small teams or businesses in a season of pivot or growth. It felt hard to justify the investment long-term when our business needs shifted.

Limited Downgrade Options – There weren’t many scalable ways to stay on the platform if you needed to pull back temporarily, which made it feel a bit all-or-nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business that lives and breathes online relationship-building, we can’t afford to miss DMs, comments, or replies. The Smart Inbox brings everything — from Instagram to Facebook to LinkedIn — into one clean, manageable space. It helps us respond quickly, personally, and thoroughly, without constantly toggling between platforms or missing a message.

Social listening allows us to tune into what’s being said about our clients’ brands, industries, or key topics without them being tagged. This is huge for us, because we’re focused on starting conversations — and Sprout makes it easy to jump into relevant ones in real-time, nurture those threads, and identify warm leads. It helps us be more proactive, not just reactive.
