Sprout social is a great website, it makes the job efficient. I highly recommend Sprout social!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to oversee many things, the layout is very organized. There are a lot of great features which makes working on things easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any feedback about any dislikes for Sprout social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The accuracy of information that it gives, makes it easier to work on things.
Great social media employee advocacy capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Spout made it easy for employees to schedule curated posts to their social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support isn't always well versed, it is hard for employees to tell what has been posted, and metrics for post reach aren't accurate/real -- miscalculated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is amplifying our company brand, voice, and recognition through employee usage on social media.
Great all-in-one platform for all your social needs
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see all the analytics on the platform has saved our team so much effort. Before Sprout Social, we were using multiple platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn's platform, posting directly on X) after switching to Sprout, it's since saved us hours and hours of time. The UI is also easy to use and intuitive, which made it easy to quickly onboard new team members using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social saves my team and I copious amounts of time. Instead of figuring out what posts go where on different platforms, we're able to schedule everything out in one defined platform and focus on ideating, creating, and other ways to grow our business.
Makes social media management so much easier

Scheduling posts and running reports are the best

Too expensive, customer support is iffy sometimes

scheduling and managing multiple accounts in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the team behind the tool who are so keen to make sure the program is as good as it can be. Sprout Social was a seamless onbaording process and we have had such fantastic ongoing support and a very responsive customer service team. The frequent updates about industry and software improvements have also been fantastic. Very fun UI and lots of opportunity on the platform as well.

Nothing more beyond the usual issues we have with these platforms with API limitations

Streamlining our social media management, improving customer engagement and providing insights and analytics.
Sprout Social is the ultimate tool for social media managers
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is the ultimate all in one tool! I love how user-friendly the interface is and the customer support that's available. Having every social media management tool I need in one place makes my job sooooo much easier. Plus the onboarding made our implementation seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't dislike anything! If I had to pick something then I'd say it can be a little pricy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social had allowed us to centralize our social media efforts across our university, increase collaboration and give more people access to time-saving tools.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about sprout Social the most is the reporting tool. It is easy to navigate and gives me the exact information I am looking for. It is very easy to pull the reports that you are specifically looking for and they are very easy to read and understand. The team at Sprout Social constantly communicated with my team to see how we can better utilize the different tools they offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Sprout Social to be a bit on the expensive side for the tools or services they offer. We tried the listening tool for a while and found out that it was a tool that would not work for us due to our small targeting and audiences areas and spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout Social we are able to post in multiple platforms but only doing the work once. It has saves us time to be able to focus on other areas of our work. Pulling reports has also became much easier since it also pulls reports from different platforms but only doing the search once.

its easy to navigate and use, plus easy to use the search feature

it doesn't always pull what we need so it can be hard to find things

Sprout Makes Social Scheduling Easy Peasy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage all of my social accounts in one place. I enjoy the "optimal times" feature and all of the analytics I have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the bulk uploading experience was better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes social sharing simple and provides the data I need to measure performance. I spend significantly less time scheduling out posts - which is a huge win in my book!
Helpful, easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is pretty user friendly and intuitive. It has been a game changer for us for scheduling posts and managing comments etc. Sprout also has a lot of helpful content on their website and in their emails related to the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I run into very minor issues when drafting a post to publish, but it's always small

Sprout Social makes it a lot faster for us to schedule posts, manage comments and messages across all channels, and review the data/metrics.
