Clear quick and easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The bulk uploading feature is amazing!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
That the bulk uploading feature doesn’t allow videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk uploading and prescheduling posts saves so much time!
I use sprout by standards but i want to look into the bigger capabilities it has to offer
What do you like best about the product?
The one thing i truly love about Sprout Social is how user-friendly it is. It is one of the easiest platforms to be able to take your content and share it on multiple social sites. Also the optimized time planning is A+++
What do you dislike about the product?
The least useful for me, only because our business is very small, is the active listening feature. It rarely ever pulls information that is relative to my brand and product and is probably one of the features I try not to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of managing multiple social accounts by putting them into one easy to use place.
Overall a Good Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
One platform where I can link and manage all of my profiles for a client. They also have good cross channel reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they do not have all of the customization features that an individual platform has for scheduling content.

Making managing social media more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Employee Advocacy by Sprout is an essential product. Its a quick and easy way for employees to share company content. I can upload stories with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always think the sprout interface is super user friendly. I sometimes needto check multiple places for what i'm finding.

Helping to get out advocacy, managing multiple channels, and planning content

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling and suggested times tool is fantastic, it allows me to monitor and post over multiple platforms with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to tag users sometimes, which doesn't make scheduling easier.

Sometimes Sprout does not keep up with the trends ie, not allowed 10+ photos on instagram which causes us to have to manually post.

A tool that will save you a lot of time
What do you like best about the product?
It gathers a lot of tools at the same place for many platforms. Planification, monitoring, reporting, all at the same place. It is also very userfriendly and easy to use on daily basis.

It sometime needs to stay up to date with each platform API update but aside from that no major issues

All in one tool for Social media management, campaign monitoring and reporting
Efficient & Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to use, efficient, and helps you stay organized. It also offers assistance with writing captions for posts which is a huge help. I like that it shares the optimal times the post should be scheduled as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could delete Instagram posts through Sprout
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout prevents the user from forgetting about posts regarding scheduling. It is easy to get a layout of all posts for the month and it is extremely beneficial that you can schedule so far in advance. Sprout is a great tool for gaining exposure.

What do you like best about the product?
We manage a large-scale social media operation—over 300 social accounts across more than 85 office locations—so finding the right platform to centralize, streamline, and optimize our efforts was no small task. After trying various tools, Sprout Social has proven to be an absolute game-changer for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was able to post on personal Instagram accounts and not just business accounts.

We use Sprout for the smart inbox, replying to all reviews and analytics and reporting for reviews.
