Makes everything easier
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage all the social media accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram reports could be more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule all the posts in advance so the account can be active even when im on vacation.
Immensely Useful and Highly Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it really easy to schedule posts across multiple platforms quickly and with minimal effort. They have a suite of features to help optimize copy, images, and timing for each platform. The publishing calendar makes it simple to see what posts you currently have scheduled and plan out new ones, even going as far as allowing drag & drop to reschedule posts. Their reporting is very visual and easy to read and draw effective conclusions to refine your plans. Sprouts campaign planner makes it really easy to plan out a dedicated campaign and generate reports just on that campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant. Numbers in reports don't lock-in from reporting period to reporting period so if you do a report every two weeks, you're comparing post numbers from the last two weeks to posts that have up to four weeks of numbers. Some features are a little buried and unclear what they're used for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is making it easy to schedule and plan posts that are optimized for platforms with minimal time and effort.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pay for it, I wouldn't. It would be an unnecessary expense. Luckily my supervisor doesn't feel that way. Some features that are locked behind upgrade pay walls seem like they should be part of the package. When you pay as much as you do for a single user per year, you should just get all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to organize our posts according to our programs and grants. Sprout makes this super simple and by doing so makes running reports for individual programs or grants is a snap
Great platform, good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly which is great for those of us LESS tech-savvy. Whenever the odd issue comes up an dI need support, the customer service is fantastic. I also appreciate the free events they hold regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is on the more expensive side but it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scheduling at optimal times and AI integration really help.
Good utility
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's designed pretty well and does what I need. It's relatively easy to use and has good support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's optimized for a newsroom and daily use. It's better for scheduling out stuff long-term.

Great Tool for Non Profit Orgs!
What do you like best about the product?
Non profits are always business and we tend to forget to highlight our work and even if we remember, its just always such a hassle. With Sprout, you can schedule send post, make edits in one place and move on!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Sprout! I have no updates to suggest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to post and keep it going. it helps us to move faster while taking time to show the world the work we do!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has become my go-to dashboard for managing all social media channels. It makes scheduling content a breeze. My favorite part though is the unified inbox making it easy to keep track of incoming engagement across all channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing makes it tough to add additional users, which would be a huge help for teams.

The best platform we've found
What do you like best about the product?
We did a pretty thorough survey when we chose Sprout a number of years ago, and we still find that the scheduling, inbox and and reporting tools are best for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would really benefit from multiple ways to authenticate an IG account, which some of our other dashboards allow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use for Sprout is for the day-to-day account management and monthly scheduling, which it does well. We also use their analytic tools for monthly and quarterly reporting.
The best of the best
What do you like best about the product?
I consider Sprout Social to be the Rolls Royce of social media schedulers. It has (almost) everything I could ask for in terms of scheduling capabilities across all platforms I work with and incredibly robust analytics. The team is also very responsive and there to support your needs every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small things that likely aren’t their fault but the social media platforms themselves. I wish I could schedule IG carousels with both photo and video in it, I wish I could schedule photo carousels on TikTok, and I wish I could use the Page ID number to tag pages on Facebook posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me mindlessly gather analytics and produce reports for clients at a moments notice. It also helps me keep everything organized during my busiest, chaotic moments

Sprout Social is a powerful social media management platform that I highly rate for its intuitive interface, robust analytics, and ability to streamline collaboration and scheduling across multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside of Sprout Social is its relatively high cost compared to competitors, which may be a barrier for smaller teams or businesses with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout Social for scheduling and publishing social media content, monitoring engagement, analyzing performance metrics. We appreciate that we can manage multiple accounts in one place, and collaborate with team members on social strategy and implementation.
