One of the best and most affordable options.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great one stop shop for planning, posting, and reporting. I've personally been using it for 10+ years and it keeps getting better and easier to use. Their team is super helpful with issues and I know they will get back to me with a real answer in a timely manner. Its interface is super easy to add new clients and integrate their social platforms. We use it daily at my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the organic numbers are not pulled correctly for some platforms, we we have to pull them natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one-stop shop for posting and reporting across multiple different social accounts. We have one client that has 5 social media accounts and Sprout makes it so easy for us to plan, post, and report all in one place!
High-performance tool with a myriad of powerful but easy-to-use features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamlessly integrated the social sources are and yet how very easy it is to drill deep into any given comment or post to see other posts by that user on that platform. You always see the context and get a sense of the person doing the posting, rather than flying blind on the basis of a single post in isolation. At the same time it's easy to see the bigger picture by channel, over time, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having as trivial and nuanced access to LinkedIn posts for competitive conversation tracking compared to the other platforms, which is critical to B2B. Also wish it more easily accommodated more competitors into the tracking and overall reporting and allowed for more nuance there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without the tool or something like it, keeping an eye on converations with and about competitors is arduous if not impossible. The tool allows me to dashboard that info and to track things like sentiment and share of voice over time. As an SEO strategict it's particularly important to see what words/phrases people are using to talk about products and solutions, as well as the topics of more interest than others, and Spout aligns with that need very nicely.
User-friendly, all-in-one solution!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout all day every day and love having everything in one platform - scheduling, analytics, advocacy, monitoring, and more. The platform is well-organized and user-friendly. A lot of social media professionals wear many hats and Sprout gives you a space to manage it all. They also have great customer service if you ever need assistance and are always open to hear your feedback for future products or updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could add one feature to Sprout, it would be a content planning space where you can work on developing the content before actually scheduling it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having every feature in one platform helps me with organization. The scheduling is the biggest help for me personally since my main job responsibility is the content.

I love the features and reporting capabilities for campaigns and tags for each post!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes accounts get disconnected for what seems like no reason. Also, some metrics sometimes look inaccurate.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that reporting and insight analysis are really good on Sprout, it is really good for a weekly reporting and getting track on results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, i think it covers my necessities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the reporting tools are the ones solving my day by day work. With the tags it is helpful to get a pull of specific numbers.
Ease of use, worth it
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to use, not complicated. Anyone can understand how to use it without having to do a deep-dive. It's simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics aren't pulled into the overall data. Sometimes I find myself doing manual addition to get the overall numbers from paid performance and organic and that's such a waste of time. I didn't have to do that with other platforms.

Easy to pull analytics and quick scheduling for posting.
Best organic social reporting in the game!!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is one of the most robust organic social scheduling and reporting tools available. After using competitor brands, Sprout Social stands above the rest due to intuitive user experience, detailed tagging systems for a/b testing and reporting, and reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be glitchy on occasion. Wish there were more reporting tools available such as searching tagged posts under post performance report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our dynamic content calendar, automating posting, and easy cross-pollination across platforms.
Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that integrates well in SF and allows for seamless features between media channels
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are always having to sign in. If someone doesn't get back to me that day I might have to sign in on a day I am not scheduled to reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows for us to know what our customers are saying about our brand and helps us reply on the same channel. This way we don't miss taking the social temperature and feedback.
the most full-featured SMM tool that actually works
What do you like best about the product?
it does what it says it does. support is responsive. minimal downtime if any at all. analytics are reflective of actuals, and any future changes to reporting algorithms are reported in advance in-dashboard. sprout has partnerships with Meta in order to get the most accurate and plugged-in numbers of any tool out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
no real downsides...the only things that could be categorized as "downsides" are features that cannot exist yet due to platform (meta, X, etc) api limitations

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has become an essential part of our marketing toolkit. The reporting features are especially strong—clear, customizable, and easy to share with stakeholders. We also rely heavily on the listening tools, which help us stay ahead of conversations and understand our audience more deeply. On the publishing side, the content calendar and scheduling tools make it easy to manage multiple platforms and campaigns without missing a beat. The interface is intuitive, and the collaboration features help our team stay aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that all the LinkedIn metrics would sync over to Sprout. This isn't necessarily an issue that is unique to Sprout as it is on the LinkedIn side with the closed platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout to post to our corporate and executive profiles on social media. This helps us streamline the management and reporting of the numerous accounts. This saves time from not having to always post natively and source metrics natively. In addition we use Sprout to stay on top of the relevant conversations in our industry.
