Sprout Social is a GREAT tool for marketing professionals!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and convenience in sharing ad creative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a relatively new user and I haven't found much about Sprout Social that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've mostly used it as a means of communicating with our marketing partner to review and approve ads.
Sprout has been an amazing tool for building our non-profit's social media reach and engagemnet.
What do you like best about the product?
I best like the Sprout's ability for brand listening, allowing us to view and engage with the conversation about our brand, whether or not it's happening on our own profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little wonky - especially when it comes to typing/pasting content into boxes, it can get glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us engage with new audiences and strengthen our current community, boosting membership.
Easy, intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a pretty intuitive program that makes scheduling posts and integrating across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram) super easy. We use it near daily. I appreciate the fact that it's a one-stop-shop for managing comments and DM inbox, and for storing assets for large groups of users. I also appreciate how easy it is to schedule posts in the mobile interface, which is helpful when uploading directly from platforms like CapCut.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main gripe is when a post gets rejected, it's not possible to edit and resubmit - you have to recreate the post entirely from scratch. This is tough because so often something will get rejected because of a very minor change and it would be easier to just pop in and make the edit than redoing the entire post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really enjoy how easy it is to see at-a-glance which posts are performing well, and how easy the calendar interface is to see what is being scheduled for the month. it makes planning out content very intuitive and easy, and I don't find I have to use a bunch of other tools (separate content calendars, separate asset management platform, etc).

I appreciate Sprout Social’s comprehensive features, which include social scheduling, reporting, and an employee advocacy tool that meets diverse needs. The intuitive setup was complemented by excellent support and abundant resources. Its user-friendly reporting boosts our content reach by 20%, and the tagging capabilities help us align content with brand messaging effectively. I value how the visually simple reports provide essential insights without overwhelming data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish for the employee advocacy program, we would have more reporting insights than what's currently in the platform. While I can see potential reach, I would love to see how each individual post is actually performing. It's important for our team to know the actual reach we are getting, the engagement rate of employee advocacy posts, and how much more overall engagement we are receiving.

I use Sprout Social for launching an employee advocacy program, boosting reach by 20% in a month. It offers strategic content tagging, comprehensive reporting, and social scheduling, benefiting my team's engagement and content analysis.

any updates from meta is quickly adjusts, everything works really well all the time

reporting has sometimes fault in it, i think the reason is that meta adjusts all the time

Easy & Effective all in on Spot
What do you like best about the product?
I manage 6 different social media accounts for my company so having sprout social makes it seamless and makes tracking easy. I can respond to messages, schedule out my posts, and see how all my posts and pages are performing. I am on this every day so it is nice that the platform is so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't repost stories that come through in messages.

Easily scheduling out posts so I don't need to worry about manually doing it across all platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is social monitoring and reporting

I don't like that the photo repository is only available as an addon. I also don't like the social following. it seems a bit difficult to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its solving having a centralized location for posts and notes. its helping to have an extra layer of information access for my team
Very intuitive and user-friendly social media planning and analytics charts
What do you like best about the product?
Social media planning posts for multiple accounts, and I think my favorite thing is the social media platform previews per network.
I love seeing how a post will look on the feed for X the most. In the past, I had been posting many cut off images when uploading 4 images, and now get a full understanding how our viewers will see the content before they do.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the calendar system could be expanded possibly to allow others in the team, without a Sprout seat, the ability to access and interact with it, so I wouldn't have to use a separate Google Calendar or Sheets to plan things out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning out content and reporting analytics in a very easy and reliable way. Past analytics platforms have always had trouble connecting every account but that has not been an issue yet.
Makes Managing Content a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Very streamlined interface making it simple to navigate between profiles. Content Calendar is very user friendly and laid out in a way that allows for easy editing and re-scheduling posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't utilize the reporting much. I find it a little difficult to understand the tracking across multiple profiles. Makes it a little convoluted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have quite a bit of content coming in from many different areas, so having a place to keep it organized and schedule content into the future has been very beneficial. We previously used Hootsuite and found that it disconnected frequently and we experienced many bugs and issues. We have had a wonderful experience using Sprout Social the past year and find it very straightforward, useful and generally free of issues.
Great for Analytics!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling feature. Sprout social will also pool your data to give you recommending times for posting which has worked really well at my accounts. The data analytics are great as well, the information summaries are easily digestible and customizable to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our accounts struggled for a long time to get our accounts fully integrated into sprout social. There were times where they would disconnect but took months to reconnect. Due to that, there are sometimes gaps in the data. Plus, it requires me to log into my account every time I open the app. It never remembers my data.

It helps us optimize our content by providing recommending the best times for posting. It also saves us time with the scheduling feature.
