Social Platform with Easy Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to write and schedule posts across multiple platforms. The duplication function then makes it easy to create posts with similar language to ensure continuity. I also like the reporting functionality - impressions, engagement, and post performance are all easily attainable and easy to understand. I've also never encountered an error while posting, so the platform is very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more and better reporting. Currently it is difficult to learn much about the audience engaging with our content, besides analyzing comments. I'd love for Sprout Social to find a way to collect more audience data. I have also found that the tagging function in Sprout Social is limited and isn't always great at finding the person/org I want to tag. I've at times had to go to LinkedIn itself to post, where the tagging function seems to be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to post my organization's social posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X, then use it to report on engagement and educate our future posts. All of that benefits us by saving the time of having to go to multiple platforms to post, keeping our social communications consistent, and allowing us to learn what content is resonating best.
Your all-in-one social media management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Switching from a different social media management app, Sprout Social offers features especially useful for corporate media channels, that other platforms are missing.It offers advanced analytics and listening, needed to evaluate social media campaigns. Sprout Social Employee Advocacy tool is also incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Sprout Social in a large corporate, with offices all around the world. This means, that each office communicates on social separately with appropriate geotargetting on the main channel. This makes it incredibly hard to navigate the Calendar dashboards, since there are tens of posts scheduled for every day. There is no option to filter the dashboard by country (geotargetting), or scheduled posts by yourself. You also cannot search for them using keywords, which makes locating a particular scheduled post very hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched to Sprout Social during the year of 2025 and have been employing it amongst our colleagues. The feedback has been great so far, as Sprout Social offers way more advanced analytical and social listening tools than the competing platforms. We can quickly and easily evaluate our reach, impact and calculate the investment vs results.

What do you like best about the product?
As the Founder of Wholeness & Co., a practice rooted in trauma-informed coaching and emotional healing, and as a Senior Testing Military Education Coordinator and Regional Social Media POC for the University of Maryland Global Campus, I rely on Sprout Social to manage, monitor, and optimize engagement across two very different, yet equally mission-driven spaces.
What I like best about Sprout Social is how seamlessly it allows me to keep my messaging aligned, consistent, and intentional across both roles. Whether I’m curating emotionally resonant content to support healing and reflection at Wholeness & Co., or sharing timely updates and resources with military-affiliated students through UMGC, Sprout makes it simple to plan, schedule, and measure impact.
The intuitive dashboard, powerful scheduling tools, and robust analytics empower me to stay connected with my audiences in ways that are both strategic and deeply human. Sprout truly allows me to show up fully—for my clients, for my students, and for the communities I serve.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout Social is a powerful and intuitive platform, one area for improvement is the pricing structure, especially for small businesses or solo practitioners who may only need limited features. Additionally, while the analytics are robust, I would love to see even more customization in reporting—particularly the ability to tailor dashboards more granularly for different audiences or campaigns. That said, these are relatively minor concerns compared to the overall value and efficiency the platform provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts and strategies across different brands and roles—all from one centralized platform. In my case, it allows me to efficiently manage content for both Wholeness & Co., my trauma-informed coaching practice, and the University of Maryland Global Campus, where I serve as a Senior Testing Military Education Coordinator and Regional Social Media POC.
The platform eliminates the need to jump between accounts or tools, reduces the risk of missed posts or inconsistent messaging, and saves time through scheduling and automation. Effortless Social Media Management with Comprehensive Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social's comprehensive reporting capabilities, which made our decision to switch from Corros easier. I appreciate the platform's ability to integrate all our social media accounts, allowing us to manage incoming messages and comments efficiently in real time. The pricing is also a significant factor, offering good value for the robust features provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating the different workflows posed a challenge, requiring a fair amount of learning and verification to ensure proper connections and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product integrates multiple social media platforms, enabling real-time message management and comprehensive data review, enhancing our ability to respond and tag efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see how we are doing across all platforms and pages-- while only looking in one place. I like how easy and user friendly sprout is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how slow it can be to add new accounts sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see analytics on whatever I want, whenever I want. I love being able to keep an eye on our competitors as well.
Does the job, but can run into bugs

Easily schedule content on various social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a post will fail and you're not sure why. Doesn't allow 20 images for Instagram carousels, or custom thumbnails for TikTok.

Scheduling content in one place across multiple channels and seeing what is scheduled.

I like that Sprout has very detailed tutorials for new users. I thought I’d have a lot of questions, but I have been able to jump right in.

There is nothing that I dislike about Sprout.

I am new to the platform, so I am currently unaware of any issues.

Sometimes we have issues with Instagram videos not loading correctly into Sprout

Sprout social solves our social media issues of being able to create posts and schedule them.
great but requires a lot of hand holding

the ability to have multiple profiles and the ability to pull reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
it constantly disconnects profiles which impact reporting, unable some platform features when scheduling, not use friendly.

none right now but customer service experience has been the absolute worst.
