Efficient & Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to use, efficient, and helps you stay organized. It also offers assistance with writing captions for posts which is a huge help. I like that it shares the optimal times the post should be scheduled as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could delete Instagram posts through Sprout
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout prevents the user from forgetting about posts regarding scheduling. It is easy to get a layout of all posts for the month and it is extremely beneficial that you can schedule so far in advance. Sprout is a great tool for gaining exposure.
Sprout Social: Game-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
We manage a large-scale social media operation—over 300 social accounts across more than 85 office locations—so finding the right platform to centralize, streamline, and optimize our efforts was no small task. After trying various tools, Sprout Social has proven to be an absolute game-changer for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was able to post on personal Instagram accounts and not just business accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout for the smart inbox, replying to all reviews and analytics and reporting for reviews.
Love Sprout, but some things could be better 🧐
What do you like best about the product?
My team loves how involved the Sprout team has been in our success as an agency and taking the time to walk us through step-by-step how to use our tools and get results for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with everything there are platform limitations and some tickets we have sent through tend to move slow.

Brand awareness for smaller accounts.

it's helping us monitor public mentions about our company on a daily basis, which then allows us to follow up or escalate as needed
Sprout is so useful
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has made it much easier to manage our socials and gather data as a small team. Being able to create a large amount of content and schedule it ahead of time has been a great resource during the busy season. We regularly use Sprout, it's very straightforward and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would say I "dislike" about Sprout is that we have to regularly reauthorize our accounts. We had a time last year where one of our team members was out of town and we were not able to reconnect our accounts to successfully post our social content, so we had to manually do it.

Content management: Making it easier to post content to multiple platforms all in one place.
Scheduling: Being able to schedule large amounts of content all at one time.
Analytics: Being able to gather and sort data from each platform and present it in an easy to understand format.

Easy to use interface with sophisticated reporting tools
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, secure sign-in methods, sophisticated reporting tools and how effectively multidisciplinary teams can collaborate from any location in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can be a bit slow. This is not very often though...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to submit all of my social media content for corporate approval, and all teams can communicate efficiently from all four corners of the globe through just using sprout.
Smooth user-experience, but is it an all-in-one tool (yet?)
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to navigate and has a great interface--every one on your team can use it with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to always be a "oh you can't do that" with Sprout for different platforms (such as no PDF document uploads for LinkedIn--to name one).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling all of the data in an easy to use function.
Good but focused on upsell
What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful to have everything housed in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you're paying premium, there are too many limitations. Every call or meeting with your account rep is focused on the upsell, instead of trying to help you maximize the capabilities you have now.

Helps us schedule our content in advance.
Great Scheduling Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been amazing for scheduling posts when you have 5+ clients to manage. They also have a good reporting element that we provide to clients to see channel performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting analytics provided could be a little more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to manually upload posts for clients.
