Mostly happy with experience, but feel resentment about implementations in the past.
What do you like best about the product?
The AI alt text generator was an excellent feature to implement and has made my user experience of making social media content accessible far easier. I'm appreciative of that when public institutions are being held to a new federal ruling. Sprout generally seems like a platform build by social media admins for social media admins and I appreciate that. People who I interact with on my account generally are very nice and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy Sprout, but often feel like they've peeled back services they used to offer for free and put them behind a paywall and that makes me wonder if there's a different vendor who would not nickle and dime every feature and the way that billing is conducted is not very transparent and always gets my purchasing department's heckles up. We need itemized billing for every single cost available like a regular invoice. Also, please please don't use the term "uplift" when increasing costs. It feels inauthentic and condescending as a client.
I wish that Sprout would also look more at adding services like "Dunroe" offers with analyzing content in specific verticals.

Mentions and tagging is useful and so is the AI alt text feature.
Amazing for managing multiple brands with multiple profiles
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to publish posts and view analytics for multiple brands with multiple social media profiles
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm. The analytics are sometimes off. Like occasionally the data from Meta or Youtube will be off and so it's hard to gather information for reports when that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple profiles for multiple brands all in one place has been SO GREAT! I cannot imagine going into each social media platform to post multiple times a day for each profile. Sounds like a nightmare honestly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social simplifies scheduling across multiple platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, which saves us time, especially after hours. Its reporting feature is invaluable, providing insights into our content and competitive performance. The smart inbox streamlines community management, making it easier for team access. I also appreciate the support from the Sprout Social team during the setup and training process, which made the transition smooth. The multi-functionality of Sprout Social, covering scheduling, reporting, and community management, is extremely beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting on Sprout Social lacks clarity, particularly in differentiating between organic and paid metrics. This sometimes makes the data seem clunky and requires additional manual work to sort through it properly. A more robust and clear distinction in the reporting would improve the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule content across platforms, track competitor performance, manage community interactions efficiently, and generate valuable reports that guide our social strategy.

Gets the Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is extremely helpful when managing multiple accounts and businesses. Being able to schedule and publish monthly content calendars is very easy. The built-in reporting functionality surpass almost all of the other similar software I've seen. I'm also completely dependent on the inbox feature that makes it a breeze to respond to all comments, questions, and direct messages for the various businesses I manage. Sprout Social has made it much easier to manage my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The piecemeal costs associated with additional functionality such as social listening and adding additional seats and profiles adds up quickly. For companies that manage many business profiles and have several people who need to publish or approve posts, be prepared to pay for the extra features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time-saving benefit of having centralized publishing for all accounts, combined with robust analytics and real-time customer engagement, creates a significant advantage for any business. Instead of switching between platforms or managing multiple logins, teams can schedule, publish, and monitor content across every channel from one streamlined hub. This efficiency not only reduces workload but also ensures consistent brand messaging across properties and markets. Additionally, it's much easier to find customer complaints and solve issues immediately, instead of having to retroactively fix problems down the road.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it easy to manage multiple accounts in one place. I love the intuitive scheduling features, clear analytics, and the ability to track engagement without jumping between platforms. It saves a lot of time and keeps everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app isn’t as smooth or feature-rich as the desktop version, which can make on-the-go management a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts, tracking performance, and staying on top of engagement in one place. It saves me time by streamlining scheduling, reporting, and monitoring so I don’t have to jump between platforms. The detailed analytics and unified inbox make it easier to understand what’s working, respond quickly, and collaborate with my team, which ultimately helps improve efficiency and consistency across all of our social channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly the process is for scheduling content across multiple channels, how it previews content, the layout for reporting metrics and the filters available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an auto save option when building a post. This may be an internet speed issue but sometimes when I need to resize images and the page takes forever and resets the content I'm working on is lost. And sometimes when I try to save something as a draft it doesn't populate there.
I'd love to see the ability to schedule items to stories in Sprout and not just the reminder to post them to stories when scheduled.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling across multiple channels allowing me and my team to schedule content in advance and see which posts are are doing well in real time. Sprout also supports our reporting, and sharing metrics with our internal and external teams to determine what content resonates well with our audiences and what content is reaching new audiences.
Sprout is one of the best social management tools on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that Sprout partners with so many different platforms. This makes it easy to post to each quickly and effectively. The integrated analytics for each platform and being able to create your own reports is super helpful. I use Sprout on a daily bases and have also found that using the smart inbox to track all comments and messages across all the platforms saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think I don't like, is that sometimes it takes a bit of time for updates or to add new platforms to the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout cuts back on time spent to check messages and comments on the various channels, by the use of the smart inbox. Also, being able to pull analytics from all channels into one dashboard to monitor has made it easier to track social media goals and insights.

Sprout makes it easy to collaborate as a team, work through multiple campaign projects and deliver consistent reporting to our stakeholders. Our team frequently receives updates from our accounts managers and relevant information from customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate integration between platforms, such as the ability to schedule first comments on Facebook and TikTok like users can do on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to respond to people's questions about information we post. This organic feedback also allows us to develop content, such as blogs, FAQs, etc., to increase our content helpfulness and reach.
Solid social scheduling platform with analytics
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature is being able to tag social posts and be able to see the performance of posts according to campaign/categories. They recently came out with a new feature where you can schedule posts for multiple platforms at once, and that has also been helpful for saving time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I find Sprout Social easy to use and convenient. The biggest downside is not being able to tag people on Linkedin that do not follow your company page. As a result, sometimes I have to use the native scheduler instead for certain posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is a convenient tool for me to plan out my social calendar and also schedule out social media posts. It's also great to be able to see analytics without having to go to the different platforms and collate the information by myself.
