Straightforward Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout lets me easily aggregate all of my brand's social profiles in one place, as well as individual profiles for executives, so my team can manage all of our social posting, monitoring, and responding in one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout lacks some features I've seen on other platforms, notably the ability to schedule Twitter threads, and there aren't enough listening topics for me to use without having to upgrade our contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines our posting and monitoring, and it also lets us route posts through review workflows for internal approvals and Compliance.

Organized, Clean, Functional - The Ultimate Solution

What do you like best about the product?
The shared Smart Inbox - It's the ultimate organization tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the platform, as well as the crazy price for advanced analytics. Not affordable for small businesses or solo marketers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, scaling capacity of my work, scheduling and reporting.

Schedule with ease

What do you like best about the product?
It's a perfect way to schedule all of your posts in advance and ensure that you don't miss a single one. Having the cross-platform metrics in one place is helpful, too, when analyzing and tweaking content. I almost exclusively use it to post all of my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't update posting features as quickly as on the social media platform. For example, on Instagram, you can now post 20 pictures, while Sprout only allows 10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding the feature to add collaborators really helps when there are multiple accounts in your organization. I no longer have to remember to live-post content when I want a collaborator.

Excellent all-in-one tool for social media management

What do you like best about the product?
The publishing and monitoring pieces of Sprout Social are invaluable when paired together. It's allowed me to catch when an issue is jumping from platform to platform to monitor and pull reports for senior leadership. And it's also allowed me to publish in the same platform where I'm pulling rich data insights. It's extremely helpful to have the ability to create new reports based on which audience I'm sharing with that are easy to create and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to make the most of the platform. If all you know you can do there is publish content, then that's what you're going to use it for when there's actually so much more in the back end that can be done. Even after 5 years I feel like I'm still learning new things about the platform quarterly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to see a full picture of our brand and engagement on social media in one place. The unified inbox is invaluable to see how much traction potential issues are receiving and where conversations are happening.

Can't post to groups. Also can't do outbound social media as well as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scheduling and publishing. I am limited on photos I can post on FB and Insta. I would like those limits to be in line with was the apps allow natively.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how user-friendly Sprout Social is, thanks to its clear and intuitive interface. Scheduling posts across multiple channels and analyzing crisis communications are features I find especially valuable. The customer service has been outstanding, and the setup and implementation process was made even smoother by the assistance of knowledgeable representatives. I use Sprout Social daily for my work, and I appreciate the ease of integration into my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were options to select specific time frames or dates for some of the reporting features in Sprout Social. At the moment, it appears that you need a particular package to access this functionality, which feels restrictive. Having the ability to customize reports and conduct more in-depth analysis with any package would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I rely on Sprout Social to address scheduling challenges and to analyze competitor posts. It has been a breeze scheduling posts and not having to publish manually. We are also able to run a competitor analysis as well as utilize the social listening tool to track any negative or concerning chatter. Its user-friendly interface and outstanding customer service have also been particularly beneficial for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sprout Social are the customer care agents behind the online chat and support feature. Their product feature knowledge is strong and they are incredibly good at trouble shooting on the spot. When follow-up is needed, the agents are so good at following up and seeking your confirmation before the ticket is closed out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout Social was more customizable with their reporting widgets - from offering various width sizes of the widgets to customizable colors that appear in the data visualizations to the variety of graphs available and the data intersections that you can plot. Available reporting features are useful but basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The users on our enterprise account vary in roles and skill levels. Sprout Social's user interface is intuitive and easy to use. So, getting our users to actually use the tool is a big benefit so that we can 1) employ governance when needed in times of issues and crisis and 2) measure impact toward our organization's strategic priorities. As well, we use Sprout Social for listening especially in emergencies and for reputation monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social consolidates content planning, scheduling, and client management all in one place, making it easy to manage tasks efficiently. The content calendar view and scheduling options are particularly beneficial for organizing work. I appreciate the ability to share content with clients for review seamlessly. The features such as notes, duplicate posting, custom reports, and the smart inbox are incredibly useful. Moreover, Sprout Social's integration with various social media platforms and services like Google My Business and Yelp enhance its functionality, making my job smoother. Its scalability and powerful features support agency work effectively, which adds great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the price point of Sprout Social to be a barrier for smaller scale businesses and individuals who do not need all the features offered by the platform. This pricing issue prevents smaller businesses from adopting Sprout Social, as they may not find it cost-effective considering they might not utilize the full range of features available.
