It's easy to see what account you're in and what your calendar looks like
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any platform, you have to figure out what the functions are called, where the buttons are and what function can be automated and how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple people need to review and approve posts — how to we get them to everyone, make necessary edits
Scheduling posts
Maintaining a consistent posting schedule

My favorite social media management platform I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to tag posts and report on posts by tags, saving UTM code parameters, being able to easily duplicate posts, being able to tag accounts in the platform, and being able to schedule posts based on peak times. I also love the approval capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to report on social media and helping me to stay organized for our social media management.
Sprout stuff
What do you like best about the product?
Tagging has made our reporting stronger. We leverage Advocacy a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things you just have to try and learn on your own, especially in a niche B2B space. It's not a one size fits all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making out sales team more comfortable with posting online.
An all-in-one Social Media Analytics platform
What do you like best about the product?
I do love that Sprout Social has sections for almost everything - publishing, listing, reporting. The analytics are very in-depth, with the ability to tag posts under certain categories and track campaigns. Post scheduling is very easy to understand and you can differentiate specifics of the posts by platform now, which is an excellent feature. We use this tool on my team daily for scheduling and share of voice reporting. Our customer support contacts are always on top of it, and give us answers to any questions in a timely manner. They also help us build out reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that some key features of posting are missing from the platform. I cannot schedule polls on LinkedIn or X, and I cannot schedule threads on X, Threads, or Bluesky. This forces us to use the native platform weekly. They can be a little slow to bring in new and emerging social media platforms like Bluesky to the platform. This is an API issue, but no listening for LinkedIn is a huge missed opportunity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us with calendar management and post scheduling, post and profile analytics, competitor reports and social media share of voice tracking, influencer tracking, and executive tracking.
Sprout Social - Invaluable to my team's daily workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I believe Sprout is truly invaluable for running multiple social media platforms simultaneously. It's really easy to link all the different social accounts and I have never looked back once after the company started using it. Now it's an essential part of our workflow on that front alone, but it also has a lot of other features I use regularly and enjoy a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the settings in Sprout can really be a lot to understand and work through. Every time I have to add a new user it feels like I have to relearn where everything is. I'm not really sure if there's a solution to the problem because the reason there are so many settings is because the platform itself is so versatile, but that's just an occasional frustration. I would also say I dislike the Sprout messaging features for responding to users who direct message our socials. I actually tend to reply to them directly through the individual platforms rather than through Sprout due to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves a lot of time on all of the fronts which I personally use it. First is the obvious time-saver of simultaneously posting to multiple platforms. Gone are the days of having five Google tabs open just to make one post on different socials. And then the niche, specific way my team has incorporated Listening has proven to be invaluable for keeping an eye on various social media accounts in the area for news and information coming out. And then lastly, Sprout is simply the best way to create any report regarding social media analytics. It's better than the built-in analytics toolson most of the social platforms themselves, which says a lot, not to mention that they're all gathered together in one place.
Clear, Functional, Essential
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout has all of my inboxes in the same place! Managing multiple accounts across platforms, its so much easier to consistently check Sprout rather than each individual account all day long. Sprout is constantly evolving and adding features, new platforms, etc. I feel like they're aways ahead of the curve!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like Sprout's analytics are always different than what I'm seeing in the native platform which causes a little discrepancy in our reporting numbers. I also don't understand how/why but it's always given me problems copying and deleting characters when they're highlighted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My problem is the number of accounts so I love that they bring them all together into one inbox.
A great solution for a small marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
Switching over from Hootsuite, Sprout Social was an easy transition and quick for us to get up and running. We use Sprout daily as our social media scheduler and for reports/analytics, so it makes it easy to have all of our accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are a few settings/features that are beyond our budget in an enterprise plan, we're still able to operate effectively with what we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a small marketing team, Sprout Social takes on the tasks of listening, reporting and scheduling to free up our time to work on other tasks.
Best in the Biz
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly, reliable, and I love how it gives us the ability to provide polished views of content for client review.
What do you dislike about the product?
The partner tier shift from budget/spend/account driven, to referral driven led to our agency being "downgraded" from Platinum to Bronze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content visibility, client reviews, and advance post setup
Great Functionality But Glitches and Support Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social's capability to manage numerous accounts from a single login, making it highly efficient. The scheduling capabilities and organizing campaigns are fantastic, and the insight tracking significantly benefits my role as a social media manager. The publishing section and analytics are very useful, and the emails I receive are particularly beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Sprout Social has several glitches, particularly with Facebook posts not going out as expected. Furthermore, the customer service response is extremely slow and often unhelpful, which exacerbates the issue when glitches occur. I also experience frustration with having to repeatedly sign in, particularly to Facebook, which may be causing issues with post scheduling. Additionally, Sprout Social offers so many features that it feels overwhelming at times, and I still don't fully understand everything the platform does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule and approve posts across multiple accounts, enhancing our organizational efficiency. The insight tracking and email updates are very beneficial, improving our ability to track performance effectively.
Sprout is easy to use and feature rich
What do you like best about the product?
The premium analytics is extremely helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing a few small things like enriched Bit.ly data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and being able to provide insight on how our content performs.
