It gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can tag the sentiment on sprout, I like how many platforms can. be integrated onto the platform. Customer support made easy on sprout, its easy to respond to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it's hard to arrange, manage and pull data from sprout. It's not as intuitive and automated as i would like in this day and age. I wish there were more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to respond to people on every platform. User dissatisfaction and customer support wait times is being solved on sprout currently.
Godsend
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been a Godsend to me and my team. It's easy to use and empowers self-agency and collaboration. I love the built in reports feature and that it can pick up on the optimal times for maximum engagement. We use this every day to get our work out on the web!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently unable to do hybrid Instagram posts that include both video and text. Also when using the smart inbox, you can only "like" posts, instead of the different reacts offered on didfferent social sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't like that it keeps disconnecting our profiles
Sprout has made scheduling so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Our team have been using Sprout for the last few years, and we have found scheduling content has been made so much easier. The functionality of the tool is super simple to use, we love the fact you can label up posts so reporting becomes a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the listening tool was a little easier to use, it does take some getting used to, but once you get the hang of this, it makes a massive difference to the way we are looking at our results and what our audience are engaging with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly schedule content and not have to post manually.
As well as this, the team are able to report on a weekly basis, our social media results and can take learnings from this in order to decipher what content is generating the best results.

I would tell my friends who work in non-profits about sprout!
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. I feel fortunate that my job provides us with this tool, as creating content for three separate platforms can be quite challenging. However, Sprout simplifies cross-posting across all our different accounts, making the process much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints, but I do have one issue with the tagging feature. I wish the user interface for tagging was improved. Whenever I need to add more tags, it always resets back to the selection menu, requiring me to search for each additional tag separately. I would prefer if I could select multiple tags at once, all in one go. I do wish there was a way I could also search for handles of people who follow us. Since we are a non-profit, our followers are naturally also people who we work with in different non-profits. Whenever we tag folks on sprout, we have to spell out the handle, I wish it would already come up with suggestions, especially if they are already our follower!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning what content is engaging people and the ease of scheduling posts a head of time
Two years of admin user
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate having both our social platform and employee advocacy tools integrated within the SproutSocial ecosystem. Scheduling posts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn is straightforward and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are additional add-ons for reporting that we don’t have, which made it frustrating to compile reports. We had to pull from multiple sources to get the full picture, and without the highest tier, breaking down tags wasn’t as straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They offered AI text copy even before ChatGPT became widely known, and they were ahead of the curve in making it easy for us to boost the number of posts we created each day.
My review
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics feature, how in-depth and easy to navigate it is. Also, how you can easily flip back and forth between many pages. I manage multiple sub-brand accounts from our BU's and it's nice to see them all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it will commonly miss hashtags, not hyper link links, and not tagging people although it's supposed to in the scheduled post. A new feature to make tagging people easier would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meta not offering in-depth analytics in platform, so better tracking.
Sprout Social Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great data collection, lots of useful features
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes previews take a while to load, and editing posts can be difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get our content out to multiple platforms at the same time and see our impact through the analytics features in real time
Easy and self-explaining social media tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy-to-use, easy to onboard colleagues. Great for reporting and scheduling on all of our socials. Great and helpful support team! I use it daily for my work and smooth sailing here.
What do you dislike about the product?
No still images on TikTok and no sound choice via Sprout for TikTok possible – that's the only thing missing for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping with scheduling content via one tool instead of for each channel. You can schedule content at the same time for different channels with different functionalities.
Sprout Social has been my preferred social management platform for years.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is incredibly easy to use, and I love the breadth of features offered within one single platform. I use it every day to schedule our social media posts, and I refer to the reports on a monthly basis to share KPIs with organization executives and shareholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'm wanting Sprout to implement at this time is more expansive social story scheduling features. I'd love to be able to add a link to stories from within Sprout's scheduler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it really easy to run our social pages from one place. I don't have to hop from platform to platform, wasting time duplicating posts on multiple apps/websites.
Advanced Features for Social Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to schedule social posts from one platform or stage them for review and approval by another team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting metrics are a bit limited for some platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram. The metrics that are available do not always match the terminology from the social platform so there is some disconnect when trying to authenticate results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage a couple of accounts in Sprout Social. We use it primarily to schedule social posts across channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X). Sprout allows us to stage the posts for our director to view and approve. It gives us the opportunity to catch things that need to be fixed or updated before publishing, and gives the director the opportunity to preview the posts. We also use Sprout for reporting after the month ends, reviewing performance across channels to see what performed best and where.
