So much more than a scheduling platform! Sprout unlocked incredible insights for our social strategy

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout's recommended posting times, which help simplify post-scheduling and provided easy justification to management for our planning. Sprout's dashboard is easily exportable and sets a strong foundation for sharing insights in our audience engagement. There are so many analytics features available in Sprout that go above and beyond social organization and make a real strategy value-add. It is also easy to add team members to the permissions boards, facilitating collaboration and onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the number of features available, there can be a learning curve to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout functioned as a key analytics platform for managing our social media. Since we were present across multiple platforms, Sprout helped us understand the big picture in our audience engagement. Since we were running these accounts to market a product, Sprout also helped us identify negative or neutral social comments, and allowed us to respond to users in a timely and friendly way to manage overall page sentiment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout allows me to post to multiple platforms at once. I am an employee and I like that my posts get sent over to my boss for it to be reviewed before it is sent out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the main page can be difficult when multiple people are posting to different social media accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes the pressure off of posting to social media individually through all of our accounts on different platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The content calendar makes it easy to organize all of our accounts. I'm currently worked on going back and tagging posts that we had before our switch to Sprout, and you all made it easy to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm scheduling a post, I wish Sprout didn't save the previous account as the account that I want to post to. For instance, if Donny posted 12 minutes ago for Santa Rosa, When I get on there to post to Cabrini, I need to change it off of Santa Rosa. Tedious I know, but that is the downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of over 20 different accounts across four different platforms.

Streamlining the Digital Marketing Process

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is having everything consolidated in one place. As a digital marketer, I usually have to juggle multiple screens for various projects, but with everything organized within Sprout, managing the social media aspect of my job becomes much easier to handle. It really helps eliminate the chaos!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my main challenges in the past was having to repeatedly edit the same post for different platforms. I prefer to adjust the wording of my posts to better connect with the specific audiences on each platform. For instance, I might use a more casual tone for Instagram, a slightly more formal approach for Facebook where our audience tends to be older, and a professional style for LinkedIn. Fortunately, this feature has now been added, and I really appreciate it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started in my role, our team relied on a third-party program to organize our social calendar. Using that tool alongside Sprout led to some friction, making the planning process cumbersome and causing us to occasionally miss posting days. Eventually, I decided to switch from the third-party program to Sprout's Calendar feature. This change made it much easier for me to visualize our social calendar and streamlined the transition from planning to scheduling and posting.

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that it is a trust-worthy all-in one platform that allows me to save time for myself and my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've run into a few minor bugs that my colleagues haven't experienced, such as issues with scheduling posts on specific platforms when certain required fields are involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts across multiple platforms simultaneously and manage them all within a unified calendar, which also allows for editing and scheduling, has greatly streamlined my workflow. The fact that this calendar can be shared with both my team and clients makes the processes of reporting and obtaining approvals much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The straightforward reporting features are extremely useful, and the charts make it easy to visualize results clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very hard to get paid vs organic results, for a channel/account. It would be best to see paid, organic and a total very clearly in the profile reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows us to schedule posts that's awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
We really enjoy using Sprout Social to manage our digital presence. It brings together the tools we use most - from consolidating Google Reviews and responding to feedback, to scheduling and organizing content across multiple channels. The reporting features are also a huge advantage, giving us clear insights into performance and helping us make better decisions. Having everything in one platform saves time, keeps our team aligned, and makes managing our brand much more efficient. Sprout Social has truly become an invaluable tool for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are very useful, though they could be a little easier to navigate at first. That said, once you spend some time with the platform, it becomes much more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us bring everything into one place. Instead of juggling separate tools for Google Reviews, content scheduling, and reporting, we can manage it all in one platform. That saves our team time, keeps things more organized, and makes it easier to stay on top of customer feedback and campaign performance. Overall, it’s made our day-to-day work a lot more efficient and less fragmented.

What do you like best about the product?
I would recommend Sprout Social to a friend or colleague because it is user friendly and because it is an efficient tool. My favorite thing about the platform is that it allows for an easy way to streamline posting and scheduling on social media. I use Sprout Social almost every day while at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using Sprout Social that I can think of is that at times the reporting aspect seems overwhelming but that could also be due the fact that I do not have enough time to really dive into the reporting and customize my reports. I think it would be helfpul to have one on one help with this kind of thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem Sprout is solving for us is that it is helping us streamline our social media posting and schedule. This alone is a great improvement to previous systems we've had in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use. The actual function of the software is amazing and allows me to not only work efficiently, but also enjoy the system. I use Sprout on a monthly basis and it always delivers. I will continue to use Sprout Social and will recommend it to other digital marketing professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a 'comment/edit' feature that is ONLY internal facing. This would serve as a place to put requested edits or note approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts across different platforms. It benefits me by keeping things organized.

Easy to use, small training instructions make it even simpler

What do you like best about the product?
We did a company training together, it seemed easy enough. The trainer was very familiar with this program where the rest of us were not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues since we used it for specific purposes, there might be other functions in the site that could use work. If profiles are not connected it causes reporting issues but that isn't the site problem, more of an organizational disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have bonuses for people and they are based on their Socia Media Analytics data. The data looks fine, sometimes we aren't sure what silo is being measured but that is determined by how their employment contract is written.
