User friendly & effective
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use. Retrieving messages and replying to them is practically effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters designed to catch negative comments are not as effective as I had hoped. I wish they worked better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform makes it easier to manage our customers' messages by bringing them all together. I can receive messages from multiple social media platforms in a single location, which is very convenient.
Using Sprout as a Comment Moderator for Several Client Accounts.
What do you like best about the product?
Managing several accounts on social media, comment moderation, responding to audience live.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be time saving to have a feature that enables bulk applying tags to different messages, by ticking a box for each message and selecting tags that apply to all of them at once.
The Insights info isn't live and sometimes takes hours or days to be updated, which is not very useful on getting feedback on your progress on a work load you are in the process of completing
The tasks option is not very efficient and can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Great overview for scheduling, easy to use analytics and good uses of AI for social.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to schedule and tag threads for X and Threads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me look at audience growth, schedule our social media content and optimize timing.
Love sprout but some issues with the IG API
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to moderate most of our socials in one place.

Unfortunately, with IG, there is an API delay that always causes interactions to come in late, sometimes even days late.

The ability to house multiple social networks in one place for our customers.
Great for quick and easy reporting

I like how Sprout has campaign tags and that I am able to post schedule my content with time optimizations and AI support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, with the strict API for specific social platforms, we find ourselves restricted from metrics for YouTube, LinkedIn, and X

It allows for me to do a comparison between periods and years, and also gives me specific mentions of our brand to track.
Keeps me organized, but is still limited
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout helps me keep an organized calendar of all of our social posts, across all platforms. It's a great software for planning and social listening. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling feature, while helpful, does not allow you to add a location, tags, or other important features when posting. It is especially limited when scheduling TikToks. Our accounts also frequently disconnect from Sprout, which adds the extra step of reconnecting the accounts before I schedule a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves the problem of manually gathering data on post reach, engagements, and impressions. It's nice that the platform automatically summarizes all of that data for me. However, when the accounts get disconnected, this can sometimes cause issue.
Highly Recommended Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for work for about 5 years now and it has improved in many ways in such a short amount of time. It is continually adding new features to keep up with the fast-moving digital marketing world and is a go-to tool for scheduling, audience listening, data reports, and more. We manage multiple social platforms, have detailed performance metrics and customizable reports, we can monitor trends, audience sentiment, and brand mentions across platforms, and collaborate seamlessly within our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little steep, but this isn't a dealbreaker as the tool is very worth the cost. Some of the advanced features are a bit overkill and underutilized for smaller teams. There are also some limitations or delays with syncing newer platform features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social can be considered an all-in-one tool for social media management. Not only is it easy to use, we can schedule across multiple platforms, do competitive analysis, customer listening, and get reports on all the analytics we need all in one place.

Whether I need insights on a single channel or a full performance overview, Sprout makes it easy to pull clear, professional reports I can share with my team. Overall, it’s taken a lot of stress out of managing social and given me more time to focus on strategy instead of scrambling to post or track down data.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling tools from Sprout. It makes it easy to plan content ahead of time. I also appreciate the analytics of Sprout. It makes metric tracking super simple and the visuals provided are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love how often the profiles get disconnected.

The best social media software
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sprout for a year, and I can confidently say that I enjoy this software so much. I've used Hootsuite, Later, and so many others and this one just has it all. It integrates with a wide variety of social media software, and they're constantly updating to include more and more software so you can be where your followers are. I found the software easy to use and perfect for the workflows I have with my team. I use it daily! I also love the analytics portion of Sprout and find myself using that annual. The tag feature is cool too as I tag by market sector at my firm and I'm able to show each market sector their own analytics. Overall, I think Sprout has been so easy for streamlining my workflow and providing a comprehensive overview of where our socials are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing I didn't like about Sprout was that you had to make duplicate posts instead of one draft for all of them if you wanted to change ONE thing. This is often the case for my Instagram, where I change the link portion to "link in bio." (sprout link in bio is a game changer btw). BUT, Sprout actually updated this feature, so it is no longer an issue! The only thing I don't like now is that you can't edit stories in Sprout, nor can you post more than 10 photos on Instagram. On the Instagram app, you can actually post 20 at a time now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to be everywhere all at once, and to have my data all in one place per platform and post which I love. It's simple, time saving, and effective software. I highly recommend it over other software despite its price tag. It's well worth it. They listen to their customers and constantly update the app to make it easier.
