What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes managing multiple brands and accounts extremely efficient. The built-in dashboard allows me to monitor conversations, schedule content, and track performance all in one place. The analytics are clear, customizable, and make reporting much easier to share with leadership. I also appreciate the smart inbox, which consolidates messages across platforms, making guest engagement seamless. Overall, the ease of use, detailed insights, and reliable scheduling tools make Sprout an essential platform for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that some of the more advanced reporting and listening features come at an additional cost, which can add up quickly. Occasionally, there are slight lags in real time data updates, but nothing that significantly impacts day to day workflow. It would also be nice if certain integrations were a bit more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the challenge of managing multiple brand accounts, conversations, and reporting in one centralized platform. Instead of jumping between different channels and spreadsheets, everything is consolidated into a single dashboard. This saves our team significant time, reduces the chance of missing guest messages, and makes it much easier to track performance across campaigns. The streamlined workflow allows us to focus more on creating content and engaging with guests, while the robust analytics provide clear insights that help us demonstrate value to leadership and make smarter strategic decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been an absolute game-changer for managing my social media strategy. The platform is clean, intuitive, and makes scheduling posts across multiple channels effortless. I especially love the Smart Inbox feature—it keeps all my messages, comments, and mentions in one place so nothing slips through the cracks. The analytics are another standout. Instead of piecing together data from different platforms, Sprout Social provides clear, easy-to-digest reports that help me understand what’s working and where I can improve. It saves me hours every week and gives me confidence when presenting results to my team.

On top of the product itself, their customer support is excellent—responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure users succeed.

If you’re looking for a reliable, powerful, and user-friendly social media management tool, I couldn’t recommend Sprout Social more highly. It’s streamlined my workflow, improved engagement tracking, and helped me create a more intentional content strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can’t think of anything I dislike about Sprout Social. It’s rare to find a tool that consistently delivers on everything it promises, but Sprout does exactly that. Highly recommend!

Sprout Social is solving the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts efficiently. The biggest benefit is time saved and peace of mind—I spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time focusing on strategy and creating meaningful content. It also helps me demonstrate ROI more effectively with easy-to-share reports, which has strengthened collaboration with my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can put together my entire monthly calendar and let it run without much maintenance.

It occasionally disconnects from social profiles, but I think that's likely on the Meta side.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an innovative way of posting on your social accounts in mass. My favorite feature is the calendar scheduling view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social data feature is very limited. It doesn't offer much information on how your post perform and where you can improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps our business keep track of our social post in mass accross the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social. It really is an all in one platform that has everything I need to manage multiple social media brands. I am able to create different groups, which I find so useful since I work as a shared service between 2 different companies. I also find the ease of scheduling and reporting is top notch. I can easily see what posts are performing well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think my one downside is the capabilities in reporting. I cant see boosted results for Instagram (only organic) but Facebook and TikTok has boosted results. This makes it hard to read full results when I want to look at a comprehensive review across all platforms. Also I am not able to schedule videos on Pinterest so I dont use it for this reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving the problem of managing multiple social media accounts and campaigns all in one place. For me, it’s making it easy to manage 8 brands at once. Each brand has different goals, campaigns, and content pillars, but I can easily schedule posts, track performance, and generate reports based on any factor I need. It saves a ton of time and keeps everything organized, so I can focus on strategy rather than juggling platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
As a social media manager managing multiple platforms for the brand I work for, Sprout is essential for staying organized and working collaboratively with my team. Some of my favorite features are the scheduling/approval workflow, Smart Inbox to manage incoming messages in one place and how easy it is to access reports. The customer support is also helpful whenever there is an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company pays for the service but I know it's a big investment. There are so many features that sometimes it can be difficult to navigate or know how to best use some of the options. I like the customer support but sometimes they can be a little salesy and try to push add on features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social media posts.
Organizing incoming comments and messages, making it easier to reply and manage engagment.
Makes accessing data much easier since its all in one place and easy to filter things in and out of the metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easier to engage with audiences, schedule content, and measure the impact of the content. I use it to schedule posts and manage community interactions across multiple platforms. The analytics are detailed and insightful. Reporting is faster and easier when everything is under one system, and AI analysis speeds up the process. The Smart Inbox tool is a game-changer for responding quicly to comments and messages. I also like being able to tag messages since it helps with building a chatbot and improving community management with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform pulls incorrect Instagram Boosted Post reports, which forces me to manually adjust the numbers by cross-checking in the native app and then adding the correct metrics to the report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is adding WhatsApp and Bluesky capabilities within Sprout Social. This will be beneficial as we expand to those channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamlessly pulls in mentions and data from a wide vrariety of platforms and hlelps social engagement teams remain organized effectively. Great customer support and user friendly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more effective option to pull in data from TikTok, which is the only shortcoming right now. We aren't able to get mentions which would be a huge help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining all of our mentions and messages into one place and providing many different tools for categorizing and reporting
