What do you like best about the product?
Being able to do everything in one place, having a powerful company to back it and update UIs as social platforms change, and being able to schedule in bulk with customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are limited platform-wise, like Pinterest, where I cannot schedule videos or multiple images through the platform, whereas you can do those things natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling in bulk and managing many profiles all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
As a solo social media manager, time is always in short supply. Sprout Social enables me to make the most of my day and keeps my workflow efficient. Whether I'm scheduling posts, reviewing analytics, or encouraging my colleagues to share updates about our company, its comprehensive set of tools gives me the sense of having a full team behind me. It has become my primary resource, and I rely on it several times daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
While customer support is responsive, it literally comes at a cost. They recently adopted a model where they regularly direct users to their FAQs on the website rather than prioritizing human interaction. Additionally, the turnover rate for account contacts is very high, with multiple changes in a year — often only communicated when you reach out and discover your account manager has changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me manage multiple platforms — LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X — and stay on top of mentions of our brand while measuring sentiment and other data points. It also allows me to see how our performance stacks up against competitors and understand how we can improve. Having these tools and information in one place enables me to do my job and makes me a trusted resource for leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows us to easily gather the socials stats from all our 17 social media profiles together.

I wish however that some tagging could be automated. Using keywords from captions for example.

Sprout helps our team analyze and optimize our social media content.

Ease of Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Sprout Social allows me to post across all our necessary social platforms. I can also schedule posts for later in the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to connect a new account to start advertising. Also, when an account needs to be reverified, it's proven somewhat difficult as only an admin can make the changes.

It save me time by allowing me to post across multiple platforms.
I've used Sprout Social for over four years - the support and workflow has been a great to use.

Easy to tag posts to create end of year metric reports for our clients.

Wish there was more capabilities for scheduling IG Stories.

Almost another team member on our creative team. Scheduling posts and being able to simply tag accounts has been wonderful.
A great tool to utilize for your social media
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been very helpful when it comes to scheduling content, reviewing trends and data, and managing community all in one place. It is easy to use an navigate, and our social team uses it very often.

I do think the data can be a little confusing at times, and not accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find the most helpful about Sprout Social is that it's super easy and convenient to collaborate with other team members and to allow for constructive feedback in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features and tools that aren't included in the basic program and require a lot of upgrades to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The monthly social media analytics are easily accessible within Sprout and I can send them quickly to clients who need them for ownership or marketing calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the best features of Sprout are its ability to manage all of our clients’ social media accounts in one place, respond to messages, assign tasks to team members, and request client approval before publishing posts. Connecting accounts is simple, and organizing them into folders or by client is straightforward. Overall, it’s an excellent tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is on the pricier side, but it delivers value for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout streamlines message and community management across all our clients, making it easy to schedule posts for each account. The reporting features are excellent, giving us clear visibility into what performs best and helping us create actionable insights and recommendations for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social provides an all-in-one solution for our team. We LOVE the 'Cases' feature, which automatically routes certain inbound comments and messages to the appropriate Customer Care team. It has saved our time so much time and has allowed us to respond to our customers faster. All around, the user interface for Sprout Social is easy to use, which makes implementing the platform with new employees a breeze. Their Customer Support Team is quick to respond to email inquiries, which we love! It's a tool we use every single day in our work. And as a cherry on top, it's simple to integrate our reviews into Sporut Social, allowing our team to manage those in the same place they manage social inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our industry has thousands of competitors who use the same keywords we do in our posts. Because of this, it's very difficult to use the social listening tool with Sprout Social. It would be impossible to mass exclude all of these competitors. Hopefully there can be a tech solution for this soon.

The Smart Inbox allows us to see every single message or comment we get, which helps us analyze what people are saying and helps us address all customer concerns.
The scheduling tool is great for finding the best times to post, which ensures we reach the most people we can.

Easy of access
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the training and resources. It is also very easy to understand and learn. This is my first time using it at my new job and it didn't take long to get comfortable with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For social listening, I wish there were more refined metrics so I don't have to scroll through every mention. Maybe there could be better grouping of key words.
