What do you like best about the product?
Reporting, ability to post to multiple platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more permissions to create tags for reporting but I understand this is done on the end of Cox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates manual counting of social metrics.
Transformative Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social absolutely amazing. It simplifies social media management and keeps everything organized, which is crucial for engagement. I love the capability of determining the optimal posting times, even a year in advance, which significantly enhances our reach across multiple platforms. Scheduling tasks months or years in advance is extremely beneficial. Every single feature is incredibly helpful and supports our social media strategy effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot edit the post after it has been published on its platform. This limitation is something I wish could be changed as it restricts my ability to make necessary adjustments post-publication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social optimizes my social media engagement by identifying the best times to post and allows scheduling far in advance, keeping everything organized across multiple platforms.

Too much manual labor involved in creating reports.

It is helping me solve the issue of trying to keep track of all mentions on social media, which saves me time and energy.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only real complaint is the image editing tool. The templates are behind and the cropping feature is not great for downsampling images manually. I am a Photoshop pro, so I know the ideal situation. It's inconvenient to have to go outside of Sprout to crop images, especially with the volume of content I post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See my pros and cons list. I am extremely happy with the platform.
One thing I didn't mention in my pros and cons were how great the reporting tools are within Sprout. I love the ability to generate reports and send regularly scheduled updates to my team with weekly stats and top posts.
It would be super sweet if Sprout could eventually integrate GA4 data to show revenue associated with content.

Great, Intuitive, and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly SproutSocial is, and I also value the data I can easily extract to present to board members. This is a platform that we use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is somewhat expensive, and I’ve noticed that some analytic features I previously had access to now require paying extra fees to retrieve that data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SproutSocial has made it much easier for me to approve content, which can then be scheduled efficiently. The data I can access through the platform is also valuable, as it helps guide our overall strategy.
Best social media tool - longtime user
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout Social in multiple jobs for many years and I think it's the best social media management tool out there. I love how easy it is to schedule posts and manage/view the content calendar, post at optimal times, and view analytics. I also appreciate the campaigns and tags features, which make it easy to track results of campaigns, topics, types of content, etc. over time -- and to go back and find posts on certain topics from any point in the past. I also like that they have the link in bio tool available for Instagram links. I use Sprout Social every day for day-to-day scheduling and on a periodic basis for reporting and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are limitations that require me to post natively onto a platform. I know it's tough for tools like Sprout Social to keep up with all the permissions, APIs, etc. but this has really only been my primary blocker with the tool. Also, it's a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a content calendar, scheduling posts, optimal times to post, IG link in bio, reporting and analytics.
Sprout Helps Maintain Organization for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is just so easy to use and has fabulous customer service if you ever have a question. It keeps all of my social posts organized and visible and releases them as planned. If links break for a certain social channel, Sprout notifies you immediately so that you can act quickly. I've been using it for 5 years and have been overjoyed with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use more template options for the calendar area; reports could be better streamlined; when picking the social channels, it would be nice to have them all show up and you just click the box next to the ones you want. As it is now, you have to scroll thru, which takes more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a small marketing staff, we wouldn't be able to post to multiple social channels at the same time due to time and effort. Sprout saves a ton of time there. I really like that you can now pick different images for different channels for the same content post. We also report to our BOD re: our stats, and the Sprout reporting platform is very dynamic and can be edited to suit individual scenarios.
Sprout is a game-changer for social calendaring and publishing!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar and scheduling features in Sprout. I also love the Social Listening, as not being directly tagged in something we're mentioned in creates gaps that the listening feature fills well. There is so much time and peace of mind saved in being able to plan out content in the calendar using notes, saving drafts as progress continues, and then scheduling once it's complete! I highly recommend Sprout to other organizations wanting to save time in social media marketing and reputation management.

I still post reels natively but it would be ideal if the interface was better integrated to schedule through Sprout, too!

Sprout saves time, has great reporting features, and allows you to respond to reputation management within the platform. It's easy to use and creates more efficiency in my marketing career day to day.
Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Sprout Social. It is simple to implement and add accounts as you go. It is very intuitive which makes it very easy to use. It is such a time saver! The collaborated tools are great for workflow teams. Lastly the reporting feature is such a bonus. I use it everyday and when I'm stumped I reach out to support for fast assistance.

There is opportunity for additional features.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about using Sprout Social at Lazydays RV is how much time it saves me in managing multiple accounts every day. Instead of switching between platforms, I can schedule, monitor, and engage all in one place, which makes the day-to-day workload much smoother. The Smart Inbox is especially helpful because it keeps all of our messages and mentions in one feed, so nothing gets missed and I can respond faster. The reporting tools are another big benefit because they give me clear, easy-to-share insights into campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI. Having that information in one place makes it simple to adjust strategy quickly and back up decisions with data. I also rely heavily on the tagging feature to organize content by campaign or initiative, which helps me track results over time and see what is really driving impact. On top of that, the ability to manage and respond to reviews directly in Sprout makes it much easier to stay on top of customer feedback and protect our brand reputation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is handy for quick check-ins, but it doesn’t feel as full-featured as the desktop version. If I’m on the go and need to do something more complex, I usually end up waiting until I’m back at my computer.

Sprout Social is solving the challenge of managing multiple accounts and platforms at once, which used to be time-consuming and fragmented. Now I can schedule, publish, and engage all from one dashboard, which saves hours each week and keeps workflows consistent. The Smart Inbox solves the problem of missed messages or mentions by consolidating everything into one place, making it much easier to stay responsive to our audience. On top of that, the reporting features solve the problem of proving ROI by giving me clear, easy-to-share data that leadership can act on. Even customer reviews, which used to require logging into separate platforms, are now managed directly in Sprout, saving time and helping protect our reputation. Overall, it reduces the friction of social management and gives me more space to focus on strategy rather than just putting out fires.
