All-in-one solution for social media marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to duplicate posts across channels or even days. I like being able to schedule posts in advance and that it identifies optimized times for posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Sprout Link in Bio is slow or is incorrect. I feel like that could tighten up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me time by being able to post across various channels at once. It's also provided us real-time analytics that help guide our work.

I appreciate how simple it is to schedule posts in advance. I also like that posting content across different channels is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn’t much I dislike about Sprout. However, I would appreciate seeing more AI features added to help make content creation even more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it easy for me to monitor how far our content is reaching and provides valuable insights into the areas where we need to make improvements.

The website is very helpful. The interface is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filter resets each time I switch to a new client. Please keep the filters applied—it would save so much time if I didn’t have to reapply them every single time!

I wish there were better tutorials or classes to teach you everything on sprout.

Easy to use with plenty of features
What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Inbox is incredibly helpful. I really appreciate how it categorizes messages and suggests actions. I also like being able to see both the messages my account has sent and those it has received. There are numerous options for viewing and filtering content. Overall, this seems to be a consistent feature of Sprout—it offers a wide range of options and ways to organize the information or tools you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar feels a bit clunky to use. I would appreciate an easier way to preview posts without needing to click the edit icon each time. Although I eventually found the preview icon, it’s somewhat hidden among several others, which makes it less convenient. Reducing some of the padding between elements would also help, as it would allow more of the month’s posts to be visible at once. Finally, when sharing calendar content for review with people outside the team, it’s frustrating that only part of the image or graphic is visible. It would be much better if the exported view showed the post as it actually appears, so external reviewers can see the entire piece more clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes social media management worlds easier than if we needed to work through each platform natively. I am able to see posts scheduled for the month and edit them or ask questions of my team quickly.
Overall, it’s a reliable, easy-to-use platform that gets the job done.

I’ve been using Sprout Social for 3 years to manage 20+ accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. It’s super easy to schedule content, stay organized, and pull reports—definitely a time-saver.
The reporting is solid, and I really like how smooth it is to manage everything in one place.
One suggestion: it’d be great to improve a few features like tagging other profiles (especially on Instagram) and having basic image editing tools built in.
Overall, it’s a reliable, easy-to-use platform that gets the job done.

I really like Sprout Social's user interface, which makes posting straightforward. The post time optimization feature is particularly beneficial, helping me identify the best times for engagement and reach. Additionally, I appreciate the reporting tools that provide easy-to-read, straightforward reports. These capabilities have been invaluable for managing social media effectively for my commercial accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would maybe try changing the overall design of the user interface. I really like it, but I think there might be some opportunities to make it a little more easy and maybe a little more exciting.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage multiple accounts. I literally would not be able to serve all of my clients without the built-in efficiency of handling content and moderation in Sprout. The ability to see cross-platform content, scheduling, insights, and respond quickly and effectively to engagements is essential to my daily work. They are also constantly innovating and and adding new features. Sprout is incredibly intuitive, with new users able to be onboarded on basic functions within hours. However, it offers robust customization features for advanced use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced features are locked at lower price points. Premium analytics is great, but it should be available to all users. Reporting without premium analytics can be cumbersome and labor-intensive. Some elements of paid ad management are limited by API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem Sprout solves is the ability to have all of my platforms and profiles available from a single, easy-to-use dashboard. Sprout's ability to roll up analytics from multiple sources is also incredibly valuable in providing insight to my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing how well things are performing and creating custom reports for whatever information executive leadership needs. It is nice to look at competitors to see where we compare to others and how our efforts are working. It allows me to help others tailor their efforts to create things that will perform the best. I use the platform daily to see what people are saying and it was easy to get thing connected and train others to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a few different support team members, which makes it hard to find the best way to use Sprout for my needs, as I am often having to restart with someone new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to see what people are saying about us without having to manually look at mentions or tags.
