Completely chnaged how we manage social!

What do you like best about the product?
Managing customer interactions has become incredibly straightforward, particularly when handling competitions. The tagging and automation features are invaluable for filtering messages out of the main inbox, allowing staff to concentrate on genuine customer inquiries. Tagging is also highly effective for reporting, especially if you need to focus on a particular campaign or content type. Having the ability to monitor all social channels from a single platform and track which team member is handling each item makes a significant difference. Additionally, the option to save drafts and schedule content has been a real game-changer for us, as it provides a clear overview of everything planned across all channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part, Sprout is fantastic. However, I have noticed a couple of issues with the reporting feature. It sometimes includes deleted posts even when I specifically choose not to include them, and the overall engagement rate in profile reporting appears to be inaccurate when compared to the average engagement rate calculated from each individual post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to track all of our social channels in a single location and easily identify which team member is handling each task has allowed us to eliminate a few other platforms we previously relied on. Additionally, the reporting features have saved us hours that we used to spend sifting through Excel sheets to gather results.

What do you like best about the product?
From the sales team to the support team, everyone at Sprout Social really seems to care about my needs and wants to make sure I have all the tools I need to manage our social accounts. As single person team, they have been a huge part of my ability to succeed. The platform is very user-friendly for my day-to-day use. Our Customer Care team likes that they can easily use the inbox to respond to our consumers needs easily and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have like a few more options to refine repoting in the professional level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a team of one so having all of my Social publishing, inbox, analytics in one tool has made my job so much easier. And being able to integrate shopify and G4 helps bring everything all together in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprou has one of the most user-friendly & intuitive interfaces I’ve used compared to other social media planning platforms. The new bulk posting feature is a game-changer, & I love how simple it is to organize content with notes and reminders. As someone working in social media & design, I also really appreciate the clean, aesthetic layout, it makes planning feel effortless. The customer support team is also fantastic. They're always quick to respond, very friendly & always helpful. We’ve been using Sprout daily for over a year & it continues to make our work smoother & more enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing at all. My experience has been great so far & it only keeps improving as new features are added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprou solves the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts in one place. It saves us hours every single day ! The platform also makes it easy for our team to collaborate, track performance & keep campaigns organized. Thanks to its intuitive tools, we spend less time troubleshooting & more time focusing on creating meaningful content.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social for its seamless setup and organizational tools, especially its content scheduling and deployment features. The ability to combine content into an easy, deliverable package for client viewing is invaluable. The chat support is excellent, and the legacy pricing I receive as a long-term user is unmatched. Its user-friendly interface enhances my overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the feature allowing clients to comment on specific posts to be available on lower-tier plans and not limited to higher paid plans. It seems unnecessarily expensive for such a capability which other platforms offer more readily. This limitation is especially inconvenient for clients who are hands-on and picky about content details such as captions. I'd appreciate if Sprout Social made this feature accessible to all users, as it would enhance the overall utility of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to combine all my content into an easy, deliverable package for clients, benefiting my work. It also serves as an organizational tool for content deployment and scheduling, simplifying my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social allows us to integrate and manage all of our social platforms in one place - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter (X), and even Threads. Several team members use it daily to check in and respond in a timely manner. I also like that it's easy for multiple people to view the 'unread' messages, so we aren't duplicating responses or stepping on each others' toes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the 'connections' to our individual social media accounts will expire or disconnect, and then we have to get our IT Admin involved to reconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role, I'm responding to social media comments, posts, and DM's. We also answer direct questions about our non-profit's work and mission (customer support) through social platforms managed by Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a robust social media scheduling and monitoring tool that is consistently adapting to trends and user needs. it covers all elements of what we need to do as social media professionals, and their customer service is always 110%
What do you dislike about the product?
The price tag. yes, we get a lot for what we pay, but they are definitely among the higher priced vendors. As a long-time user, I wish some of the extras were made available without having to pay the higher price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped us determine what content is performing well and what opportunities there are to increase engagement and brand awareness

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to manage all our posts across different channels in one centralized platform. The reporting features are intuitive and social listening tools are particularly insightful. Additionally, the onboarding process was straightforward and efficient. We were able to complete it within two months.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team conversations could be improved, as it currently makes it difficult to manage multiple messages and no way to clear messages once addressed. I would like an option to mark chat messages as complete. Also, I find it inconvenient that the calendar automatically creates separate draft assets for each channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The inbox feature helps streamline responses promptly. The approval processes are easy to set up and maintain for approvers. Seeing account posting frequency and performance is also very helpful for identifying channels that can be merged or turned off.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social provides fantastic reporting on social media pages, tracking account-wide and post-specific analytics. This has helped our team improve and benchmark our effectiveness. The ability to compare ourselves with other similar accounts is very helpful. Also, being able to schedule posts is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no negative feedback in our use of Sprout and what we accomplish through its software.

Sprout provides a centralized place for us to manage our various accounts across different platforms. We can track our growth and engagement metrics to justify our efforts and improve our communications. We can schedule posts and plan our content more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to schedule posts ahead of time. I love the optimized times feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little clunky when cross-posting. Even once scheduled, you cannot edit them independently. Any edit you do for one will affect all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have great insights and ease to schedule out well in advance.
