What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a game-changer for our marketing team. From the moment we onboarded, the Ease of Implementation was impressive; setup was intuitive, and the platform guided us through each step with clarity. Even team members with limited tech experience found it straightforward to get started. One of Sprout’s standout qualities is its Ease of Use. The dashboard is clean, user-friendly, and customizable, making it easy to navigate between publishing, analytics, and engagement tools. We use it daily, so the Frequency of Use is high, and it’s become an essential part of our workflow. The Number of Features is robust without being overwhelming. From social listening and reporting to scheduling and team collaboration, Sprout offers a comprehensive suite that supports both strategic planning and real-time engagement.
Their Customer Support is top-tier. Whether we’ve had a technical question or needed help optimizing a campaign, the support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Finally, the Ease of Integration with other platforms like Google Analytics, Canva, and CRM tools has made it even more powerful. It fits seamlessly into our existing tech stack, saving us time and improving data accuracy. Overall, Sprout Social is a reliable, feature-rich platform that delivers on all fronts. What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features to use in terms of marketing analytics and measurement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping us solve several persistent challenges in our social media operations, and the impact has been incredibly positive. One of the biggest problems it addresses is the fragmentation of managing multiple social platforms. Instead of switching between apps and tools, Sprout consolidates everything into one centralized dashboard, which has significantly improved our workflow and reduced time spent on manual tasks. It also solves the issue of limited visibility into performance—its analytics tools provide clear, actionable insights that help us make smarter content and engagement decisions.
Another major benefit is how it enhances our responsiveness. With the Smart Inbox, we can monitor and reply to messages, comments, and mentions across all channels in real time, which has improved our customer support and strengthened audience relationships. Collaboration has also become much smoother; Sprout’s built-in approval workflows and task assignments have eliminated bottlenecks and made cross-team coordination more efficient.
Additionally, Sprout Social integrates seamlessly with the other tools we rely on, like Google Analytics and Canva, which saves us time and ensures consistency across campaigns. Complete tool and great support

What do you like best about the product?
I love the quick responses and always friendly people to talk to. Also, the tool is very complete: I feel almost everything is possible in the tool. I feel I can learn from people at Sprout as a marketer. Easy to use too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel I do not use Sprout to the best of its potential. That lies with me too, but I would like to do more with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Share results in a dashboard with my manager; scheduling a content calendar and getting insights outside of my company pages too. I'm kept responsible for all these things and Sprout helps me save time, get insights in a dashboard and organize my work.

My Fav All-in-One Social Media Publishing Solution

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social daily for publishing and moderation. Sprout Social makes it incredibly easy to manage and integrate multiple brands and platforms from one place. I love how intuitive the scheduling, approvals, and asset management workflows are. The reporting is clean, customizable, and gives me exactly what I need to show performance across channels. I also appreciate their constant product updates and customer support. Whenever I've had an issue, they've been quick with solutions.The implementation is normally pretty smooth. We're able to get up and running quickly with minimal disruption to our existing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is that some newer social features (like certain Reels or trending formats) can lag a bit before being fully integrated. It’s not a dealbreaker, but sometimes I have to post natively to get access to platform-specific tools. The pricing can also be a bit steep for smaller teams, but the value is absolutely there if you’re managing multiple accounts or working at scale!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has streamlined how we manage multiple brands and platforms, solving a lot of the chaos that comes with juggling content calendars, approvals, and reporting across teams. It centralizes everything into one platform, which saves us hours each week and reduces the risk of things slipping through the cracks. The collaborative tools make it easy for different team members and departments to stay aligned, and the reporting features give us clear, client-ready data without needing to cobble together spreadsheets. Overall, it’s helped us work smarter, scale our efforts, and maintain consistency across all our social channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The robust technology, along with the streamlined communication to social networks and the effective management of communication within those networks, stands out to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small businesses, the cost of accessing all the available tools can add up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with several clients who each use a variety of social media platforms. Without the streamlining provided by Sprout Social, handling outgoing content and managing customer service would take us days or even weeks to accomplish.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social's platform is extremely user friendly, the UX design is unmatched compared to other platforms. As someone who has used many different social media platforms in their life, I know that they're all much the same these days in terms of what they offer. However, Sprout's is by far the most intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout social is quite expensive compared to other platforms. I think they can be more transparent in their pricing. I've asked several sister companies what they're paying for similar services, and it seems all of our contracts are different.

I've had a different account manager every year due to turnover, I'm actually not sure who my manager is at the moment. This isn't always a problem, but if I were to have an issue I am not sure exactly who to go to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This biggest challenge Sprout helps me with is my lack of team resources and time management. The platform acts as an easy-to-use, one stop shop for curating and posting content regularly, easy-to-access data for reporting across all social media channels, and listening information to study brand health and competitor analysis. All of this wrapped into one management platform saves me a ton of time and energy when it comes to posting, reporting, and data studying.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to understand, use and teach people how to use! The inbox is simple to keep track of, and I like that you can find cleared messages in a separate area. I use this every single day so it's super important that it isn't a headache to use!

All of our social media channels are now intergrated into the platform which is fantastic - means we don't have to continually remake assets, we can just copy & paste! Game changer.

Scheduling content is also super easy and love that Sprout shows you the best times to schedule content each day to reach a higher impact.

Finally, reporting is super easy to understand and relay to those who aren't in the platform every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we search up messages that have been cleared - by using usernames or key phrases from those messages or comments from people - the search bar usually can't find anything. As we get 100s of comments and DMs into our inbox weekly, it is impossible to find cleared messages manually so if this feature worked better that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem was keeping track of comments on different social media channels. It is easy to miss comments when swapping between 6 or so social platforms. Sprout fixes this as we can reply to all comments and DMs through the inbox, and make sure nothing is missed!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes managing customer support across all our social channels so much easier. The unified inbox helps us respond quickly, and the scheduling tools save a ton of time. The insights and reports are clear and really help us improve our service. Definitely a great tool for any support team!

The learning curve can be a bit steep at first, as there are so many features to explore. That said, once you get comfortable, it becomes a very efficient platform for managing social media support.
