Love Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social, it is my favorite social media management tool. I find it very to use when reporting and scheduling posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive but it is worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped make our reporting faster and streamlined
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout at work to post to all of our work social medias at once. I just add a short caption, copy and paste the link to a web article on our website, and it automatically publishes it to our Facebook and Twitter pages. Super easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never had any issues with Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to post to multiple social media platforms at once

Everything is organized in one place and SO user friendly!

Not being able to tag personal accounts for LinkedIn is the most frustrating down side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of clients and Sprout social makes it SO easy to keep everything organized and in one spot. I love being able to accomplish my tasks so much faster because it is all in one spot.
A Game-Changer for Social Media Managers!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a place where I can schedule content for multiple accounts easily. I use the platform several times per week and it is both user friendly and full of tools to optimize my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limited downsides to using Sprout. The only barrier is the cost per license which can make it difficult for multiple team members to have their own accounts to maximize the potential of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Sprout, my organization used a different platform to manage our social media profiles. With Sprout, we are able to be highly collaborative and efficient in the ways we plan, schedule, and post content and we have access to great analytics tools to understand the work we do.
Sprout has been a game changer for my team!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprout Social primarily to manage our company’s careers-focused social media presence, and it has been a great tool for building our employer brand and attracting talent. The platform makes it easy to schedule and plan posts across multiple channels, which saves our recruiting team a lot of time and ensures consistency in our messaging. The reporting and analytics features give us valuable insight into what types of content resonate most with candidates, helping us refine our approach to better connect with job seekers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel a bit complex at first, and some of the more advanced analytics require training to get the full value. But overall, Sprout has been an excellent solution for managing our talent-attraction social strategy, improving consistency, and giving us data to back up our efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the largest problems Sprout Social has solved for us is the ability to collaborate across teams. Our process involves multiple teams that need to view, provide feedback and have insights to data - Sprout allows us all to collaborate as a team. Multiple people can contribute content, review drafts, and monitor engagement in one place, which is essential for our fast-moving recruiting needs.
Great social media scheduler and reporting app
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very easy to use. I had used it in a previous position, but when my client decided to adopt it, I was able to sit in on some official training. The customer support person who conducted our training was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We had several sessions during which she answered our questions and walked us through different features, some of which I was not familiar with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to tag businesses and individuals on LinkedIn posts that we schedule. However, I realize that this may be a limitation on LinkedIn's side. Also, it would be great if Sprout had access to BlueSky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't say this is a problem, but it's important that my client have access to social media analytics for continual refinement. Sprout Social is very handy for creating reports on top posts for the month and for the year as well as tracking performance across all accounts and platforms over time.
Sprout has simplified and enhanced social media management
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the publishing section—it’s generally easy to use and supports a wide range of platforms. Features like simple post duplication and intuitive options, such as adding alt text, make the experience smooth. I also value being able to manage Instagram collaborations, tagging, and add mobile publisher notes. The approvals process works very well, and the grid preview is another feature I find quite helpful. I also like that we can communicate as a team on posts and with external users, which is very helpful when making edits in the workflow. It is very intuitive and easy to integrate multiple platforms. I appreciate the publishing features such as cropping, adjusting dimensions, and the ability to choose optimal posting times. I have had a few calls with the support team, and they have all been very helpful in helping me understand how Sprout works. I use Sprout every single day, and it makes managing social media so much easier. When we first implemented Sprout, it was very simple to do and most of us had a good understanding of how to use it very quickly with the help of support.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that could be improved is the ability to comment with other users on a post that is still in the Needs Approval stage. I frequently run into situations with clients where I would like to leave external notes on a post, even if the other approver has not yet commented.
Additionally, I would appreciate more detailed analytics. While I find the post performance and profile performance metrics to be strong, I wish there was an even deeper breakdown of audience demographics, behaviors, and similar insights. I am also frustrated that paid campaigns are sometimes measured differently on Sprout compared to Meta Business Suite.
For mobile publishing, it would be helpful if the team could receive an email notification in addition to the publisher receiving a notification. Sometimes people are unavailable and forget to change the mobile publisher, which results in the post not being published.
Additionally, I would appreciate more detailed analytics. I believe that Sprout is always working to bring in new features from different platforms whenever possible, and I really appreciate this ongoing effort. As an agency, it makes such a difference to have access to tools that are not only intuitive but also consistently up-to-date with the latest shifts in social media. This kind of innovation allows us to stay efficient, better serve our clients, and adapt quickly to new trends without feeling like we’re falling behind. It’s clear that Sprout values the user experience, and that commitment directly impacts the quality and ease of the work we do every day. The reporting and analytics also take a huge weight off our team, saving time and giving us clearer insights to share with clients.
Powerful and efficient platform to manage multiple social media channels
What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple channels simultaneously has become incredibly convenient, and the ability to schedule posts and use the built-in AI tool to enhance content is a real advantage. Additionally, it's easy to view and monitor all postings across different platforms, making it simple to review their marketing performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features available on Instagram, such as adding music to posts, specifying a location, and mentioning tags, are not fully supported on Sprout Social. This limits the ability to use all of Instagram's functionalities through the platform.

I appreciate being able to schedule posts at the same time and also review how my marketing efforts are performing.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has done a great job implementing user-friendly and convenient options for social analysts, managers, and community engagement specialist. The scheduling feature is my favorite because of ease-of-use. I love the new option to schedule a post on Instagram and Facebook profiles at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue with Sprout has been failed posts, which don't usually have an explanation or reason. After speaking with competitor platforms, I also believe there should be more premium analytics in the base package, such as combined organic and paid metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is problem-solving, allowing less time for administrative tasks associated with my role, including ease of scheduling, reporting, and sharing content. This allows me to finalize and manage content easily, share with the necessary parties, and report on annual and quarterly metrics.
User-friendly and fun to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout lays all posts out in daily, weekly, monthly summaries so you can visualise what you've been working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't create IG carousels mixing videos and photos.
