Learning Sprout has been an overall positive experience
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is very user-friendly. As someone who is relatively new to social media planning and publishing, I have found Sprout to be an excellent software to learn from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were possible to use the service without needing to connect my personal Facebook account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped me keep my social media planning much more organized, and its reporting analytics are extremely useful. With these tools, I can easily see which social media posts are performing well, which in turn helps me plan and schedule my content more effectively.
My experience with Sprout has been incredibly helpful with planning , scheduling, and analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how detail oriented and easy the platform is for scheduling and planning. Everything you need is in one place, with clear labels and directions on where to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a handful of failed posts which make it difficult to track analytics by having to manually post and mess up the algorithm. Also, sometimes when tagging a person, the options don't come up or show the profile even when it exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps with the most optimal time to post our content to best fit our algorithm.
Good for small business social media management

Gen Con likes using Sprout Social for our social media management. Its user-friendly design and easy access to analytics tools make social media management uncomplicated. The platform offers valuable insights into audience engagement, which allows us to refine messaging and strengthen connections with fans. The scheduling features are convenient, allowing for timed posts that resonate with our followers.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout Social offers a range of valuable features for social media management, there are some downsides to consider. One drawback is its cost, as it tends to be on the pricier side compared to other social media tools. Additionally, the platform can sometimes be slow to load and may experience occasional glitches, affecting the overall user experience. Finally, although it provides robust analytics, the learning curve is steep, which can be challenging for teams looking to quickly adopt new software.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is how intuitive and organized the platform is. It makes managing multiple client accounts simple with clear analytics, easy scheduling, and strong collaboration tools. The reporting features are especially great — they save so much time and make it easy to present results in a clean, professional way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, like advanced analytics or listening tools, are only available in higher tiers. It also takes a little time to load larger reports, and the mobile app could be more robust for on-the-go management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts efficiently in one place. For social media management, it streamlines scheduling, monitoring, engagement, and reporting — all from a single dashboard. Instead of switching between platforms, I can plan content, track performance, and respond to messages across all channels in real time. This saves hours each week and ensures consistency across clients’ pages. The analytics also make it easier to measure what’s working, adjust strategies quickly, and clearly show results to clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. The ability to post on multiple platforms and schedule them is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the two-factor sign-in. It is very time-consuming to wait for an email to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to post on multiple platforms at once to prevent posting issues.
Great for managing multiple brands
What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses it to manage 43 social media profiles. We are able to answer all customer issues via a single inbox, and we can post content to all brands using the scheduler. We then also get all of the reporting in one space to see Impressions, Engagements and Audience Growth for all channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot include cover photos with TikTok and Pinterest posting has limitations such as video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing one inbox for all Customer Service handling, and posting content across multiple channels simultaneously.
One Size Fits All
What do you like best about the product?
It makes the social media posts we're required to make really easy. Being able to pretty much instantly get through Facebook, X, Bluesky, and Threads makes that part of the job go much more quickly than having to go through each platform individually. It also makes it easier on people like me who choose not to have social media accounts by making it for the company. We use it every day, at least ten times a day and going through Sprout makes that work go much more smoothly. And once our social media accounts were linked it was ready to go instantaneously, so there was no worry about not being able to post for a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if Sprout had an easier way to keep track of what you've posted about already. I write 10 posts every day I use it and it becomes hard to keep track of what I've posted about because it defaults to tracking posts over like two weeks instead of that day. Similarly, the services defaults to tracking posts on eastern time, and as a user in a different time zone we need to consider when posts are actually going up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes creating social media content very efficient. I don't have to reinvent the wheel for posts on four or five different platforms that are otherwise very similar. If I need to make something unique it's because the platform I'm posting to is unique: A Facebook post is different from Instagram and different from YouTube. But a Facebook post and a Bluesky post are similar, so why go through each platform on their own and post when I could use Sprout to post on them all at once?

Sprout is the most comprehensive and user friendly platform for social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the listening tool had the ability to monitor key words across all social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an agency, so we manage multiple clients' social media accounts simultaneously. Sprout allows us to switch between accounts and manage them seamlessly.
Sprout Social the Helpful Tool You Didn't Know You Needed
What do you like best about the product?
The best features of Sprout are the content calendar and scheduling tools. They are a huge lift if you're managing more than five social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want it to be more in line with the times. Sprout needs to be able to change just as quickly as the social platforms do; if Instagram adds a new feature, so should Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me create analytics reports for all of our social platforms and it allows me to post immediatly with reccomended times for our audience.
Sprout Social is great for companies!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Sprout Social for about a year, and it's a great way to manage about 50 different social media accounts multiple times a week under one platform. The customer service is quick and tries to resolve the issue as best as possible. Any errors in posting will instantly be emailed to you so that you can fix the problem. The reporting functions are very easy to use and understand! I would suggest Sprout Social to other marketing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside to Sprout Social is that it has to follow rules set by the various social media platforms, so some of the functions are unavailable. Some of the features require you to still login to the actual social media platform to do. However, for the multiple times a day we use Sprout, it's still an amazing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes a lot of time and coordination to run over 50 social media accounts for one marketing team. Sprout Social makes it easy to publish content, reply to messages, report and more from one intuitive platform! This makes social media marketing more efficient and more fun.
