I have loved my experience using Sprout Social!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy this tool is to use, as well as the quality of its customer service. Throughout my career, I have tried two or three different social management tools, and I often found that many of them either had a poor user interface or made tasks unnecessarily complicated. In contrast, Sprout's user-friendly design has truly simplified my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often end up clicking through multiple menus when trying to access, review, and compare various reporting dashboards or reports. At times, this process leaves me feeling somewhat lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of launching, or perhaps re-launching, our Employee Social Media Advocacy program now that we have transitioned to Sprout's EA tool. This change is expected to greatly enhance our brand awareness through the sharing of news and updates. It will also help our employees save time by providing them with pre-approved content, and give us clearer insights into how individuals outside of Sherwin-Williams—such as potential talent or customers—engage with our content on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place. All major platforms available in one place. The app is great too. Reporting is detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reason why my score is an 8 is because I wish there was capability to schedule IG stories directly from sprouts vs just a receiving a reminder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of being able to schedule all my content in one place.

Perfect For Teams & Very Robust

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes team collaboration 10x easier than going the manual route that we had been down before. We have several different audiences, and being able to centralize all of our planning, execution, and reporting into one platform has increased our productivity and ability to engage with our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Sprout's posting capabilities don't match up to the network's full functions. On LinkedIn, for example, you can create a survey or post a PDF file. Those types of capabilities don't exist yet in Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprout, our team was disjointed since we have users from various departments creating and engaging on our profiles. Now, we can communicate and set up approval processes quickly and easily within Sprout. The visibility across our various teams is a huge benefit.

Intuitive and Reliable - Makes Approvals Quick and Easy!

What do you like best about the product?
As the person responsible for final approval of social media posts in our division, I used to rely on spreadsheets and a constant stream of emails to manage the process. Since adopting Sprout Social, I can now review and approve posts much more quickly, and I have easy access to the content calendar to see what's coming up. What really distinguishes Sprout Social is its intuitive design and outstanding ease of use. Even though I wouldn't consider myself a 'superuser,' the streamlined interface allows me to give final approvals with remarkable speed and efficiency. This straightforward approach has removed much of the friction from our approval workflow, saving me a lot of time and making my job far simpler. I would highly recommend it to any busy team member looking for a fast and dependable way to approve content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only comment on the specific ways I use the platform, but honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has helped me save time and has shortened the period between content creation and approval.

What do you like best about the product?
I love sprout because it is very user friendly to use. Also being able to post at the excact times that it is best to post is great. Along with duplicating for other platforms. Analytics are great to read and highly detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i truly dislike about sprout is (it could be on here and maybe i dont know how to use it?) adding music to a post i dont think you can. Another thing which is out of sprout's control is scheduling facebook stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of scheduling. I used other platforms in the past and Sprout is easy to use and helps me when i have 9 different accounts to post on. Its great and better than other platforms i have used in the past especially when picking the excact time to post.

Efficient Way to Run Social Media

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sprout is how it lets me schedule posts ahead of time and organize my social media strategy by seeing everything clearly laid out in advance. This makes planning much easier and helps me optimize my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add another user for a temporary period. For example, we have interns who only need access for a few weeks so it is not worth purchasing another account but would be nice to have lower-level access for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is showing me when the best time to share different kinds of posts on different platforms is to help me reach the largest audience possible. This helps promote our organizational goal of extending our reach and making sure everyone knows what Team IMPACT is.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a user-friendly social media marketing platform. It has extensive reporting features and is exactly what I need for my social media marketing needs. Their customer service is great too. Their team listens to client's feedback and works on implementing new features (e.g., LinkedIn file sharing feature that Sprout has recently launched)
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is on the higher end when compared to other social media marketing platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout, I'm able to access all messages/mentiones/comments in one place - a unified inbox, which helped to streamline the process and keep everything organized. I'm also able to pre-schedule social media posts days/weeks in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes scheduling posts easy and efficient. I love how simple it is to schedule posts across the platforms that I use. The recommended time to post is very helpful, and the intuitive calendar view gives me a clear picture of what’s coming up and helps me stay organized. Insights and analytics are also extremely helpful, giving me actionable data to refine my strategy and improve engagement. I love most that Sprout saves me time.

The cost to add all of our platforms, across multiple business units can add up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me time posting across multiple platforms, it also helps keep me organized and takes the guesswork out of when to post.

What do you like best about the product?
Out of all the social media listening and planning tools I've used over my 10+ year career in digital marketing, Sprout Social is by far my favorite. It's so simple to use, understand, and collaborate on. I also appreciate the amount of resources that exist for training and assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my favorite things we use Sprout Social for is streamlining our content creation, review, and scheduling process.
