Great, but has some kinks to work out
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use and it is great for client approval processes. I use it every day in my job as a social media manager and the reporting feature has also saved me a lot of time when presenting monthly and quarterly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not have the ability to schedule PDF (carousel posts) on LinkedIn, I cannot add a client's instagram because it is not connected to their Facebook (despite the fact that I have the login information), and it took customer service over a month to work with me on the issue of getting social listening taken off even though I was told by an account manager that it was something simple that they could do and trade out for an extra seat on the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to see and host all of my client's account in one place so that I can easily switch between them when pulling reports and scheduling posts.
A Social Media Managers Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
It's such a great tool for scheduling, reporting & social listening and I use it every day. It means we can service our clients in a well rounded way, using one tool. There is always such great support from the Sprout team if there are ever any issues, and there are lots of tutorials and trainings to get you up to speed with using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there can be inaccuracies with reporting, however the Sprout team are always on hand to help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do all of the above in one place, using one tool! It makes Social Media Management much smoother.
Great experience with Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it shows calendar views, has reporting for analytics, has tagging, and supports many different channels. It's pretty easy to train team members how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Titling the videos, especially on Facebook, is kind of a difficult feature to find, since it's more hidden. And it's something that's actually really important for users especially while watching videos on their mobile devices. Also, I feel like the channel accounts disconnect more often than I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a global team, and we also have smaller regional teams, it's nice we can segment and tag regional vs global posts to see how the analytics are doing. I like that Sprout tags companies and allows cross user editing and commenting back. It's also saving us time when we can look at social media analytics through the Reporting page.
An Intuitive, Robust Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Sprout Social is that it has a variety of features that are intuitive and simple to use. I use Sprout Social daily, and it makes planning and implementing social media posts easy. The analytics really make Sprout Social stand out as one of the best social media management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the lease about Sprout Social is that the customer service can be complicated at times and can take a long time to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Sprout Social solves is allowing me to post and schedule for multiple platforms at one and seeing all the analytics in one place. This allows me to post faster and find analytics more easily which enables me to spend more time focused on content creation or content strategy rather than meticulously posting on each platform one by one.
Great experience, lots of change
What do you like best about the product?
I like the features that Sprout offers. The AI features are great and very useful. Also, the social listening is great. The platform is easy to use and our reps are always helpful when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is generally good, but it sometimes feels a bit behind other social media management tools we've used. The AI features, in particular, seem less advanced than those offered by some competitors. Another issue we've encountered is that our account representative has changed several times, and during the most recent transition, we were not informed in advance. This made it difficult to get in touch with our new rep when we needed assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout's listening helps us tremendously. Also, having all platforms in one place is extremely helpful.

When it comes to scheduling and analytics, I usually dislike reporting, but Sprout has managed to make that aspect very well-designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the mobile version and adjusting dimensions with pictures can be challenging, and tagging Instagram and Facebook is also difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for over a year, and my experience has been consistently positive. As a daily user, I find the platform highly effective for engaging with audiences across multiple social media channels. Average Tool - nothing amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Sprouts supports a wide variety of social media networks, which is great. The interface is easy to use in things like it's scheduling feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is limited, lacking a lot of what is on desktop. Reporting and social listening are bit difficult to use to mine data and insights. I wish it was more powerful and easier to use to refine social media conversations.

Powerful Collaboration Tool, Calendar View Could Be More Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great team collaboration and content management tool. It's incredibly easy to work with colleagues on social media content, and I appreciate how clearly everything is organized by channel. The preview functionality is excellent—I can see exactly how posts will appear on each platform before they go live. Being able to quickly view which channel a post is assigned to, along with all the relevant details at a glance, makes managing our social media presence much more efficient. The collaborative workflow really streamlines our approval process and keeps everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view isn't as intuitive as I'd like it to be. When I'm reviewing scheduled social posts, I naturally want to see everything at a glance in calendar format, but finding and navigating to this view feels cumbersome. The calendar feature could be more prominent and easier to access for quick content oversight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has significantly streamlined my social media workflow by making team collaboration effortless and keeping all content organized by channel in one centralized location. The ability to preview posts across different platforms before publishing saves me time and helps prevent errors, while the clear visibility into each post's details and assigned channels makes managing multiple social accounts much more efficient. Overall, it's reduced the back-and-forth with my team and given me better control over our social media content calendar.

What I appreciate most is the scheduling feature. It’s quick and straightforward to use, and I can easily rearrange posts whenever necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sentiment analysis in Smart Inbox isn't always precise, and I would appreciate having the ability to filter by specific posts.

I appreciate how the AI is able to determine the optimal times of day for posting. Its intelligent use really enhances the experience.
