What I like most about Sprout Social is its intuitive, easy-to-use interface paired with powerful customization options and robust data tracking that makes performance insights clear and actionable.

My main dislike is that Sprout Social’s social listening capabilities could be more robust and flexible compared to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the challenge of managing and measuring social media across multiple channels in one place—making it much easier to publish, schedule, and analyze content efficiently. For me, that means seamless cross-channel publishing, the ability to quickly pull clean, export-ready data (whether by tag, channel, or post), and a huge lift from Instagram link-in-bio setup and tracking, which has been a total game-changer for understanding performance and driving impact.
Fast, Effective with Excellent Advocacy Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to create a clickable landing page for Instagram, which helps drive traffic from posts to specific products. I like the employee advocacy aspect, particularly using the Bambu features to provide pre-written content. The setup process was fast, making it easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the per seat pricing model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to create clickable landing pages for Instagram, schedule professional performance reports, and utilize the Bambu features for pre-written content. It supports employee advocacy effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social mainly for publishing social media content, replying to inbox messages, and reporting. I like the smart inbox the best, as well as the tag tool. It lets me manage all of my social platforms in one place, which is super convenient. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could definitely be better reporting - the custom reporting plan is way out of our budget. I would like to see more graphs and charts, rather than just tables of data, so I can copy and paste them into presentations and visualize the data better.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is how organized and easy it makes social media management. When I worked at Foundever handling AVG and Avast customer support, Sprout Social helped us monitor messages, comments, and mentions across multiple platforms all in one place. The interface is clean and easy to use. Features like tagging, scheduling, and analytics made it simpler to manage high message volumes. It also helps teams work together effectively without missing any customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I was not really happy with is that there were times when the platform would take some time to sync messages or refresh the feed, and this happened usually during the period of high traffic. Besides that, the price may seem a little too high for small businesses, but for such teams as large ones, the cost is definitely worth it considering the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social was a great tool for handling customer conversations on various social media networks in a seamless way. The company was able to respond to customers in less time, team members were more effectively coordinated, and they received valuable insights into the engagement trends. So, essentially, it was instrumental in enabling our team to provide quick and good customer service while at the same time keeping a strong brand presence online.
Outstanding Paid Social Reporting Features

Paid social media reporting as it pulls in all platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Paid social reporting is not that flexible - I want a reporting section that's 100% customizable dimensions and metrics-wise. And social listening reporting flexibility is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool brings together all of our paid social media data in one place, something I can't find elsewhere without having to pay additional fees.

I love Sprout Social for its all-in-one platform that centralizes social media management. The unified inbox is great for centralizing all messages for faster replies. I find the powerful scheduling, especially with AI help, ensures consistent posting at optimal times. I also appreciate the deep analytics, which reveal what works, allow data-driven strategy refinement, prove ROI, and streamline reporting for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary areas where Sprout Social could be improved are its high pricing structure, the occasional slow adaptation to new social media features, and certain limitations in the analytics and reporting functions.

What we like best about Sprout Social is its intuitive user interface, strong social listening capabilities, and comprehensive analytics that make it easy to manage, monitor, and optimize social media engagement across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firstly, tagging is a major challenge in Sprout Social. Additionally, reporting customization and flexibility could be improved to better support complex or enterprise-specific requirements.

We use Sprout Social to manage our social media posts across both the main corporate and country-specific channels. It supports social listening, helps identify the most impactful posts, and provides meaningful analytics.

Great interface especially on the mobile app!
Analytics are always a breeze to obtain and the tagging feature is SO SO great. I work with 6-9 lines of business and tagging is critical to how we report social content.

Enhances Social Media Management with Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social useful for managing and scheduling our social media and monitoring brand health. I appreciate its collaboration, scheduling, integrated AI, and data sharing capabilities. I like the desktop and app features, and the clean user interface makes it easy to navigate. It's great for our semi-remote team; we can see work, manage projects like a jigsaw puzzle, approve entry-level employees' work, and update on the go. The initial setup was easy, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we have difficulty with editing/ accessing prior posts and I'd like to see an ICS feature to export to Outlook.
