Strong User-Friendly Analytics, But SSO Login Needs Improvement

Logging in via SSO is a pain and should be easier!

Intuitive and User-Friendly, But Many Features Locked Behind Paywall
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and easy to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost and how many features are behind a paywall.

Easy to Use with Intuitive Features—Perfect for Solo Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is easy to use and has clear drafting and publishing tools. I'm the only Social Media Marketer at the company I work at, so I appreciate a tool that I can use to run a campaign or publish a post from start to finish. I use the Publishing platform 2-3x a week and the Advocacy tool just as often.
Our company makes good use of Sprout's Employee Advocacy platform, and even folks with no social media savvy have been able to learn quickly and love the tool. It's made it easy to share brand-approved imagery and messaging with the wider team for publishing on personal platforms. Before Sprout's Employee Advocacy tool, that process was the wild wild west and things would get lost in Slack. Everyone is always rightfully wary of learning how to use a new platform, but Sprout was super easy to implement and integrate into our daily operations, and our Sales team uses Advocacy just as frequently as I do.
Customer support is also usually quick to respond to email inquiries.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've found to be less-than-great about Sprout is the lack of clarity on how certain metrics are calculated, for example, "Potential reach" on Employee Advocacy. I've emailed our Account Manager for clarification but get redirected to Sprout's help articles, which don't answer that specific question. This makes reporting our social media performance to leadership more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Sprout has everything I need in one place - drafting, scheduling, publishing, reporting, and Employee Advocacy. I *love* the feature that allows me to send brand profile posts to Employee Advocacy upon publishing. Working as the only Social Media Marketer at my org means that I need everything to be streamlined, so this definitely benefits me.

The premium price tag and cost of advanced features (like Social Listening) often place it out of reach for smaller teams or budget-conscious businesses.

All-in-One Platform for Tracking, Publishing, Listening, etc.
What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful being able to track, post and get metrics for all of our platforms in a single location. The social listening portion is incredibly useful.
