What do you like best about the product?
With Blue Prism, our organization can implement solutions faster than normal IT development.
The program is fast and reliable.
Everyone can develop an RPA solution with Blue Prism with little training. You don't have to be an IT guru or know any kind of programming. The only thing you need is to understand the logic. With some help in the start, you will make your first automated process in a few weeks.
Blue Prism work with IE, Chrome, Firefox and now is Blue Prism developing their own AI.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside with Blue Prism is that the system is sometimes slow to navigate in. And we have to control our production to see if every resource (Robot server) is online and connected. This takes time, but Blue Prism is on to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We take a health check with Blue Prism. At the same time, we send text messages and emails to customers with information about their case. We mark customers who are "bad" customers. Sends debt collection automatically and sends customers' emails into their car damage.
This solves many from repetitive work and allows us to focus more on the customer.

With Blue Prism everyone can use it. You don't need to know how to code, to implement your solution into your organisation

UI of BP was awesome. Its very user friendly of infrastructure they are having. Inbuilt functionality.

sometimes, its need more code to complete the task. (when comapre to AA/UI)

Whenver I need support, BP support gave the better help to achieve the target.

User Friendly Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and develop on. Documents available within the Blue Prism portal is very useful and informative. Organizing and handling projects within this tool is effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool enhancements comes with no demo for current users. It's difficult for users to understand how the enhancements can be made use of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finance, HR related processes are a couple of the domains along with many other business problems. This has resulted in a less time consuming and more efficient process completion for the business.

Easy to work with on Blue Prism. All the information to get started out is available in the Blue Prism portal page, which is very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of the Blue prism as a Developer and solution architect it is very useful to use the drag and drop actions. We can see each and every step performed by BOT in a Flow chart type vision to even Business people.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Dashboards are not much helpful until unless we customize them as a developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automated 3 processes for my client and they are R2R process of Finance. The results are quite encouraging.
They used close the books WD+6 before implementing RPA but now it just WD+3 and we are trying to minimize that too.

Just go for it if you are looking for an enterprise level implementation. You will get the benefits in no time.

Usability and Scalability; Easy to schedule the bots and maintain in Production LIVE environment. Capable enough to run in all types of platforms such as AZURE, AWS...

Quite Expensive when compared with other tools in the market.

Currently (April 2019) some issues with acessibility mode make it hard to use the full potential of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
This is by far the best RPA tool for Enterprise. Easy to configure and the separation of objects and process enables re usability

Nothing that stands out which i dislike. Although I would like more robust functionality around locking a object explicitly and no one can use till i release it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the process that we have implemented are around volume based repetitive manual work. We have been able to achieve real hard benefits along with accuracy
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to implement ENTERPRISE scale RPA then do not look beyond Blueprism. I have personally used and evaluated other few top RPA vendors but I feel Blueprism is leader. Also do not fall in trap when RPA software is bundled with intelligent capabilities. In reality there is a minimum functionality that is delivered in bundled product. Better choice is to leverage Google or Microsoft or IBM AI capabilities.

Reliable and very secure. Easy to understand the process flow.

Difficult to search environment variable in system tab.

Invoice processing in Oracle, Sap and Mainframe applications are automated. Around 25 FTE benefits were realized.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with Blue Prism for almost two years and my experience was great! It's a very simple tool wich help you to program and automate all kind of tasks. As better things in Blue Prism you'll find will be a helpful, intuitive and very graphic program. In addition, it'll help you to understand better the basic programmation.
To sum up, the most thing that I like is the facility to use it. It's so graphic and intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
The prize because it haves license and I guess, sometimes the instability because if you want to automate a web you must be carefully with the internal changes on the webpage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The principal problem in Blue Prism is the instability. Sometimes when you want to automate, on almost all websites, the structure of the webpgade can changes and this is a big problem to Blue Prism. When yoy have to spy some elements of the web, if this elements change in the future it's possible that BluePrism will cannot find it. It's important to make maintaining the created robots.

I recommend that tool because I think, inside the automate world, is the most knowed and the most stable.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism which provides a best user interface to users compared to other RPA tools in the market. It does have two different studio, Process studio and Object studio. Process studio mainly focuses on implementing the business logic where object studio is for interacting with external application via application modeller. Testing and debugging in Blue Prism is designed in such a way that it could start from anywhere from the code flow. It is still the best tool for implementing multi-bot architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is mandatory to install Blue Prism software in machines in which the bot need to execute. By doing so, it becomes costly to business who had implemented a RPA solution with Blue Prism. Having said that , License would be more expensive and depends on how many machines you would have to execute it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A well organized dashboard within the Blue Prism would give an idea of the number of processes implemented and published. It would show a glimpse idea on calculating the Return of Investment. More over using Blue Prism software we could automate the rule based, repetitive business processes. Hence it would help to replace the full time employee using these bots and can relocate those employees to more efficient business processes.

Anyone who is interested can learn Blue Prism by going through the documents they provide. Best RPA tool for freshers who is desire to explore into RPA technology.
