What do you like best about the product?
TigerConnect is so easy to use, the messages are of course instant, and linking "roles" together is so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I disklike about TigerConnect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TigerConnect keeps the staff from sending text messages that may violate HIPPA. WIth this program, we no longer have to worry about that.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps my team connect and be update with patient care and needs. It is safe, and has a lot of features that provide effective communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not free. Kidding aside, the only downside is it is connected via internet. That means that if the internet or the signal is not good, messages might not go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers us secure communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is HIPPA compliant, our team likes the alert feature when we need to report something urgently and I like that you can have as many different groups as you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no search feature when you are trying to look for a previous message regarding a patient. Scrolling down the list to look for previous message is very diffiuct and time consuming. I would love to see this feature added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TigerConnect is not currently helping me solve a prolem right now, but I would love to see the search feature added.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to use Tiger Direct to get ahold of physicians in the clinic quickly to keep the flow of pt care moving along.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative feedback on Tiger Direct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster response times from physicians when needing ok to treat for chemo pts.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows users to message patients via compliant methods, which is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Tigerconnect in a research at a University which makes using the service a unique experience. It took a bit longer to figure out the administration of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tigerconnect was the only service that met all of the standards required by our University 's regulation. The service provides a HIPAA compliant way to connect with patients through chat message, so the service is the best communication methods for patients that prefer to text.

What do you like best about the product?
I think just having a secure site to send and recieve patient information is the best! Platform is user freindly and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of how the notification on your phone go off multiple time every second. Would be great to just recieve one notification unless it is an urgent matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love that it is a secure site!

Love being able to reach out for help and get advise/tips from other users.

Don't really notice a downside. It's very helpful.

Love being able to message residents/faculty and other staff to reach them quicker than email.

What do you like best about the product?
Tigerconnect is a very useful site that I have found to be very helpful in order to complete physcians schedules. It's a central place where we are able to see all the schedules and other phsycians can see where the schedules are. Is also mobile which is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I have is when scheduling physcians, you have to do it by day. I am hoping there is an option to one day be able to schedule someone in a bulk manner instead of doing it by day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a central schedule as well as being able to get ahold of physcians via messaging rather then calling or emailing. Can get faster answers through the messaging system rather then wait for an email response.
