Collaborative Communication At Your Fingertips

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality for Tigerconnect Clinical Collaboration Platform is effortless and easy to utilize. It allows healthcare professionals to collaborate and communicate in an effective and efficient manner with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback for me is that messages dissapear in 10 days. I would prefer just deleting them if/when I no longer need to access them. Other than that I have nothing else that I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to communicate efficenlty and effectively within our orgnization.

What do you like best about the product?
It's helped the clinical team I work with stay in touch with each other in a reliable way, which maximizes productivity and helps us focus instead on patient care.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had direct experience with anything negative so far, and I haven't heard any negative feedback from the team. Everyone has loved working with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick, reliable and consistent communication between clinicians that is also secure. Clinicians on the team can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time focusing on patients.

What do you like best about the product?
Connects to the hopsital staff and residents/ faculty can see who is on call easily
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't review all the schedules for one person and that it doesn't merge all schedules that one person is scheduled for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is still new and I haven't really considered all the benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the read receipts. I find it useful to see who has and hasn't read my messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it would allow for reactions to messages as well as have any sort of fun widgets built in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to communicate with our remote team members regarding patients while maintaining HIPAA requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it effortless to send messages, images, and files. I appreciate the ability to create group chats and broadcast messages to quickly disseminate important updates or alerts to my team. The threaded conversations keep discussions organized, allowing us to follow up on patient cases seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. I just wish the corporation would use more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communication with physicians in a HIPAA compliant way.

What do you like best about the product?
TigerConnect makes it easy for our facility to discuss patient care. Our physicians get back to back calls constantly, so it's difficult to get a response right away. With TigerConnect, they are able to respond to us in a timely manner through mobile or the desktop app while still taking phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
None! Everything works great. No complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TigerConnect'a platform allows us to collaborate on patient care in a timely manner. We find that this has greatly impacted response time with our clinical team.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about TigerConnect is that you can communicate with every user and even those that don't have TigerConnect. The communication is secure and HIPAA compliant. It's easy to use and very accessible to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that when you add a user to a conversation they don't see any of the previous communication on that thread. This is not a major thing but I would like to see improvements in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challanges of communicating with PCPs and Specialists after patients are discharged from the hospital. Our group now has the ability to transition patients from one setting to another minimizing re-hospitalizations and providing better patient outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that it is easy to utilize, accessible (both on desktops and mobile phones) and it provides a HIPAA friendly way to communicate with staff that may not be in the office; I think the customer service is excellent and has great follow up and follow through.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes for me here; I think it is a great and user friendly platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked with the staff at TigerConnect to go over the other options that are offered through our platform. They were thorough and very helpful in showing all the available options.
