Simple HIPAA Compliant Communications
What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is so user friendly. We utilize both the internal communication tool and the patient portal to communicate with our clients and their families through a HIPAA secure platform. Our clinicians love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several different "add ons" to the tool. We were demoed the top of the line, but quickly found that the base price did not include all of the bells and whistles that were initially shown to us. Overall, though, the cost is still reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a multi-discplinary home health practice, so TigerConnect allows all of our clinicians to communicate with each other securely and compliantly to provide patient centered care all day long while constantly on the go! It allows admin to quickly and efficiently communicate messages to the whole team no matter their physical location.

It is a good product
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty much everything is great - messaging, roles, etc. - on both mobile devices and the web interface. Message delivery is quick and reliable. It is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the incomplete ability to sync with Active Directory. While it syncs and adds new users, it will not remove users with the same ease. Those will need to be removed manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of our inability to quickly contact care teams. It also solves the problem of immediately communicating with the masses. Finally, it is reliable and secure.
Effective and fast communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to reach the case managers, nurses, etc on a HIPPA secure app quickly. It takes less time than calling and being put on hold.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints regarding TigerConnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any problems.

Improves communication with internal team and external clinical partners

Integration with EMRs would be greatly appreciated and ability to import communications to patient's chart in EMR to have it as part of the record

HIPAA compliant messaging is extremely helpful to coordinate efforts for care

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ways you can leverage the platform for multiple workflow needs. Like using it for prehospital workflow with our community ambulance crews. It's a great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security is what it it is, but it can be a barrier for some of our end users. Not sure how we can make this batter and you can't make everyone happy all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my space using it for prehospital workflow improved our door to ballon time and ensures patients are getting the best care possible in the timeliest manner.
Tigerconnect is buying reviews, too expensive, and has lackluster support
What do you like best about the product?
It's HIPAA Compliant and HITRUST certified. This is the only positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am insulted that they think they can pay me off with a $25 gift card. Their greed and thirst for dollars will never be satiated. Once they have your money, they basically ignore your support requests. Stop charging so much, and reinvest your profits into your support team and engineers so they can create a better product.

They are buying reviews which clearly shows the level they are at. I am insulted that they think they can buy a review from me for $25. All positive reviews you see here are tainted by the fact that they are literally bought off.
Tiger Connect for Client Communication
What do you like best about the product?
We have a very mobile workforce and historically have not had business numbers or secure communication platforms. Tiger Connect has allowed us to set boundaries with customers and coworkers with logging in and out and features like DND.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients tend to have a difficult time transitioning from direct text messages and calls to the platform with the authentication process. We have also experienced some technical issues that have made adoption more challenging for our large staff and client base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to set boundaries with coworkers and clients, having all communication on a secured platform with data and analytics to assess the overall business success and client engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and HIPAA compliant. Easy to find people in my organization.

Separate app to have to use. Not as easy to upload images

TigerConnect has enhanced the communication within our group of 150+ providers. It eliminates the need to have everyone in your phone contacts as they are always accessible in the app.

Our platform is not set up to allow us to text each other, but not actually call or speak directly. I'm not sure if that is an option or not.

Communication with partners who would sometimes not respond to texts or calls in a timely manner

What do you like best about the product?
TigerConnect is a very easy to use, invaluable program for clinical communications. The ability to quickly contact other providers in a text format without worrying about patient information being revealed is a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one thing that could be changed is the inability to save messages for future reference. I realize security of information dictates this but it would really help.

Quick contact of other providers, real time collaboration, saves time and energy in calling, missing connections, remembering information when not in front of the chart..
