Great for scheduling multiple providers
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling templates and for other facilities that have access to our call schedules
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not update a third party calendar when changes are made
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have providers request for their schedule.

Excellent HIPAA compliant platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which we can share patient info with the clinical team in the field in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any issues at our agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
not being able to text patient informaiton in real time and having to call staff whil ethey are with patients. We are able to text info to MDs and send documents in real time much easier than prior to using TigerConnect.
Very Beneficial Product
What do you like best about the product?
Tiger connect creates a secure, compliant and efficient platform to communicate between our staff in all programs and departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial to be able to better configure alerts and notifications in greater detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides us with one and only one messaging platform that we can confirm is compliant and secure.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect to multiple people on the same thread. Knowing who I cannot contact (i.e. are on DND)
What do you dislike about the product?
Its either a single notification, or 10 repeat notifications, and its not adjustable at the user level. Also if you have repeat notifications, you never know if its notifying you of a new alert, or repeated alert of an old message. Pagers had that functionality. Tiger, or general texting, is powerful, but its much too intrusive, and is misused frequently. The outage a month or so ago was scary, but you didn't know what you didn't know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPAA secure texting, which has been great.

The instant communication between care teams, departments, and external stakeholders without losing its most valuable feature, security, HIPPA compliance

Integration and compatibility, learning curve, some limited features, user adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure messaging and calling, real time communication, workflow integration, on call scheduling escalation, read receipts and message status for clarity and accountability.
Great texting app under HIPPA regulations
What do you like best about the product?
We can create groups and keep in communication with the members who take care of our clients. Text 30 days old get deleted. Photos aren’t saved in the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe an easy way to get the deleted texts.

communication about the care of the patient, information doesn't get mixed with the care of other patients.

We have no problems at all to report at the momemnt with the platform.

It's nice to be able to reach out to other users for direction, advice, etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
There doesnt' seem to be a lot of choices regarding hospice care. It would be nice to see more hospice topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem solving yet. Still getting acquainted with the system and hospice groups are almost non-existent
