It would be better if there were a subscription option, making it more affordable for all users.

Downtime and MTTR are critical factors to consider, as business operations never stop.
Help validate vendors provided information.

I does need good bit of initial trainings to understand the tools.

Instead of having to piece together functionality from different sources, NETSCOUT offers a comprehensive portfolio that covers monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance visibility end-to-end.
This single-vendor approach reduces complexity, streamlines support, and ensures consistent data and insights across the entire infrastructure. For organizations looking to avoid fragmented monitoring environments, NETSCOUT’s all-in-one observability platform is a strong fit.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback with NETSCOUT’s observability products is the cost. Compared to competitors, the pricing is significantly higher, which makes it challenging to justify expanding adoption or recommending new offerings - such as the OCI solutions - to customers. While the functionality is strong, the premium pricing often becomes a barrier when trying to balance budgets and long-term value.

like the clear visibility it provides into network and application performance, making it easier to identify issues quickly.

Since I’ve only been working with NETSCOUT for a few months, I’m still learning the full potential of the tool, so the complexity can be a challenge at first.

helps with transactional troubleshooting by providing end-to-end visibility of network and application flows. This makes it easier to identify the root cause of performance issues and resolve them faster, reducing downtime and improving user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Pulling all data together to greater visibility and being able to format data in a good format to share with leaders. Being able to see all traffic flows and errors really helps

Sometimes finding the data that is needed can take a while

Helping get to root cause of issues much faster. Issues that took days to weeks to solve are now being solved in a fraction of that time

The quality of information and data to analyse the network, specially tô The finance industry

The report needs a Best design when you generate a PDF.

Problems when the card processor had some error.

What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful tool to grab and decode packets. I can prove that the network is not the cause by using nG1.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI needs a refresh. My colleagues can get lost trying to find what they need.

When users open up tickets blaming the network, we can use nG1 to show the issue is a different cause.
Manage and utilize the system to reduces MTTR.

Easy to dig down into problems on the network for application and network use.

There are some configuration limitations that make it hard to setup.

Assists us in finding issues quickly in all aspects of our network be it application, bandwidth, voice, or video.
