What do you like best about the product?
Allows me better visibility to my end user KPIs and experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Web application and desktop application experience is vastly different for TrueCall. The adaptability curve is steep. No easy bridge between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to capture and analyze negative customer experiences. Allows me to see the customer's issues even if they don't know what they are.

What do you like best about the product?
It help us reporting network baseline and gives us true knownledge about events in our network that was not possible before having it to be aware of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system has a software web interface that has some components not available to the browser of old machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives to our wifi environment a network view to verify quality of services and yroubleshoot application issues

What do you like best about the product?
NetScout observability gives us the ability to see exactly what is happening on the wire, rather than depending solely on internal application tools that might not accurately reflect the situation. The support provided has been outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is the cost. Monitoring platforms in general tend to be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NetScout helps us uphold our SLAs by enabling us to quickly identify and isolate issues within our network or applications.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily it can be configured for various services, including services that aren’t typically integral to a voice core.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards are not good dashboards. They are adequate, but a user can’t tell at a glance what they are seeing, or whether there is a problem. On top of this, the alert notifications do not integrate well in a North/South fashion. As they are not stateful, and are fairly minimal, with a lot of management required to get bare bones event feeds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is currently our only practical method for monitoring both MetaSwitch and our Ericsson core services.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the UX is easy to navigate. Most of the time, I use it to troubleshoot RTP-related issues for MS teams, as well as camera problems such as loss, jitter, and similar concerns. Additionally, features like TCP analysis and identifying top talkers help me isolate and understand problems more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any personal dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining a better understanding of latency issues, as well as dealing with problematic clients or users, has been important for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a tool that can monitor and analyze your network from start to finish is extremely helpful when it comes to troubleshooting issues, planning for capacity, and making improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be quite complex to set up, particularly when working within a service-provider environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have experienced general issues with both the network and the application. These problems have affected my overall experience and made it difficult to use the service smoothly.

There are too many apps that I need to open just to get a clear picture of the actual situation.
