What do you like best about the product?
nGeniusOne provides in-depth views to our network and allows us to trouble shoot problems, capacity plan, and manage our network in ways that we wouldn’t otherwise be able to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphical interface is very complex and takes some time to navigate for inexperienced users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detailed packet analysis and realtime details on our infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Netscout tools provided analytics not provided by other products our company use. It is THE tool we use when anyone asks 'is it the network?'.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a dislike, but the information provided by the tools must be interpreted by a network professional. I don't believe there is much to be done about that but hopeful that ChatDPI will take that leap and close the gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tools are used daily to assist in troubleshooting or monitoring applications within our network. It routinely aids in getting the problems into the right hands. We also use in collaboration with other monitoring tools to confirm observations and expand on analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the panel available for use along with the packets storage. the packet storage allows us to go to a point in time to troubleshoot.
What do you dislike about the product?
the tcp troubleshooting is a great tool. it take a lot of time to replicate that graph on other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
netscout helps us determine if issues are network or application related

What do you like best about the product?
ngenius Probes give us instant insight into traffic activity at a glance, keeping teams engaged with problems as soon as they happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration of the probes and their ability to leave ghost data entries when a new probe comes online with the same address is fussy

Analytical insight into problems that cannot traditionally be seen from a router pserspective

What do you like best about the product?
Value the tool brings to Telco providers specifically for Ops people who uses the tool most to provide root cause analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
tools are very valuable to Telco - one thing that can be improved are real time 1 min granularity for KPI monitoring to provide real time alarming and monitoring
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KPI Dashboard, triage and deep packet inspection provides as visibility for problems within our network. It gives us the ability to detect problems via alarming or thru dashboards.Abitlity to drill down to the packets to determine root cause

Unmatched Visibility with NETSCOUT

What do you like best about the product?
I value the visibility that NETSCOUT offers regarding threats at the network layer, as it adds value to existing security tools and improves event correlation. Continuous network packet analysis helps identify potential failures. The constant evolution of the tool, combined with the cyber threat landscape, is a strong reason to consider it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am satisfied with the solution. I wouldn't change anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to gain greater visibility over threats at the network layer, adding value to security tools by enabling event correlation and improving the understanding of the environment's security.
