What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly and easy to use NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability is. It has effectively solved most of my problems regarding network and application vulnerabilities that I encounter daily. The features are very good, providing reliable monitoring of network and application performance, including different vulnerabilities and open issues. I also appreciate that the initial setup was not difficult and was simple enough, which allowed my team to smoothly integrate the tool into our workflow without taking much time. This positive experience makes us consider switching to this tool permanently. cybersecurity to monitor, analyze, and protect complex digital infrastructures like data centers and as we are in Azure and AWS we will love to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the cost of NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability to be a concern. If the pricing were more reasonable, it would be more feasible to implement this tool across various products in our application. While its features are commendable, the current cost is a deterrent from widespread use.
