There is no lag or loss of quality. You can customize it easily. There are ample amount of options to keep the security and compliance department happy.

Only good experience and no complaints so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can guide clients through our complex web journeys very quickly and easily. The time to resolve support calls has been reduced significantly, and client satisfaction is excellent.
Such a powerful tool to collaborate remotely
What do you like best about the product?
You can start with zero implementation effort. Working with clients, presenting my user stories to clients, and understanding their real-time feedback is extremely easy. It beats anything else. Editing, Highlighting, Signature, Floating video, control transfer are all beautiful features that work as they should. The clients can join without any installation and from any of their devices. With the meeting functionality I can set up my presentations in advance too. :)

I can not point to anything I dislike at this stage.

- I can have a virtual whiteboard presentation/discussion experience remotely, even better.
- There is no installation/plugins required. You are just browsing the internet so anyone can join conveniently.

It is very easy to get started with Surfly and it is a powerful collaboration tool as well.

I feel experience on mobile could be better.

We were able to work remotely on presentations with my team members and it was a swift experience for the team to come onboard and collaborate.

Surfly is very easy to set up and integrate to our web service. Great support from their side. Clients appreciate an opportunity to have a live contact with a possibility of shared control over the web page.

There are some minor issues with Safari optimisation

Very powerful app with a simple and user friendly interface. The best thing is that it works entirely in the browser, so there is no need to have specialized software.

It is very easy to start a co-browsing session so that we can immediately see where a customer is having issues and solve them quickly. Not needing to download any software is also a key benefit given our strict IT security rules.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actively collaborating with colleagues on the web in a quick and easy way. Without the hassle of setting anything up as well as in a much smoother way than screen sharing. We often experienced lag and low-resolution issues while trying to achieve the same thing with Zoom or Google Meet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go ahead and try it out if you aren't fully sure! It's super easy and would only take a few minutes
