    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
    Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator  to estimate your infrastructure costs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Surfly has helped me to serve several clients as they deserve, it is a multitool that has allowed me not only to provide support to the client through the distance but also allows me to share my screen, and I love that because despite serving my clients also allows me to promote the products that are on offer in the company, I get from this software a real-time connection, as if I were face to face with my clients, the sales growth in the department has really increased drastically and we have observed it since we implemented this software, since it has a very youthful and easy-to-use interface for both me and my colleagues, and when it comes to providing support to our clients, it is also easy for us to tell you how to use the software, from I really like it because it is very dynamic.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It is a bit expensive tool, it brings your days of testing, but it is not enough to experience all those features and functions it offers.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The chat function with multiple clients has greatly collaborated with the company because it has allowed us to maintain a portfolio of highly satisfied clients. It has provided us the benefit of reducing the high costs associated with face-to-face customer support. It is a great solution for chatting with several clients simultaneously.
    Recommendations to others considering the product:
    Ideal for serving your customers wherever you are, this software is designed for companies dedicated to sales and for individuals who conduct seminars remotely. It is very practical for providing remote advice and support, thanks to its unique and practical screen sharing function.
