What do you like best about the product?
The co-browsing collaboration tool allows for better efficiency and workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes, although it would really kick ass if the price was just under zooms price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work better with my team, we all work remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy or integration, robust feature set.
What do you dislike about the product?
API Documentation is not as easy to navigate as I would like. As a result, I sometimes need to open tickets with support. The support line is very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cobrowse - allowing contact center agents to view customer web pages to enhance customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of starting sessions,
Ability to assist clients by guiding them or doing things for them,
Ability to white-label the solution.

There is nothing to complain about as of now.

Surfly has allowed us to provide excellent customer service. The time an agent needs to guide the customer has reduced, and the efficiency and client satisfaction have increased significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation combined with broad functionality while in contact with customers

Not anything, although getting customer support employees to change anything is always a challenge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role, I do not have direct problems. I am recommending Surfly to companies that have a significant amount of complex customer contact.

Talk to other users. Work to be creative in how it may be used in your business.

What do you like best about the product?
The usability of the software, combined with the ongoing development process of the tool. Good servicelevel during bugs etc. as well.

I've had no big issues with this product.

Working safely together with our clients by using the product of Surfly by using remote support.

What do you like best about the product?
It enhances our existing experience on our own platform since we can video chat while collaborating with our team. The best part is that we don’t have to download or integrate anything; it just works on top of our existing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am completely satisfied with this solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We missed video calling on our platform, so we took a Surfly trial and were satisfied with it instantly. It works without having to make any technical changes on our end, so we could implement it in our team without involving multiple decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use while enabling agents to connect with and support clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to educate customers on the reason to use, how this truly helps simplify an interaction, as some clients do not see the value in it, until they try it, then they understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients who have not been able to complete an interaction online move to another channel to engage with an agent, and once they do this, they are more likely to escalate to an agent interaction in the future. By showing the client how to navigate or use the systems, the client is enabled to self-service going forward, raising customer satisfaction and lowering future costs of customer service.

The user-friendly surface and UXUI design

It will be very nice if it could support more languages so that more local agencies could use it smoothly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried out several co-browsing solutions and Surfly, by far has been the easiest to integrate and with responsive support. It took us only about two man-hours to go live!
