A much more interactive way of conversing online, would recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, especially for the customer. Purely browser-based software is the way to go here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Turning on the camera is a bit of a hassle. Maybe the agent should have the option of requesting the camera to be turned on?

What do you like best about the product?
As a health professional and language teacher, Surfly is an amazingly easy collaboration tool for me to engage with students in real-time. When covid made it almost impossible for me to be interacting with patients/students while "writing" on the same document or "paper" like normal, Surfly made it easy with the video-chat and real-time document sharing, without any downloading

For now I haven't encountered any difficulties using Surfly

An amazing tool to collaborate with my team and review assets with clients.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can review design assets with my team on our online tool; it helps me give feedback to my team and switch control whenever necessary. Also, Surfly shows content in its full resolution, unlike screen sharing tools. This is a key factor for us as designers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues with the solution so far. I am satisfied with the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to work normally even while being remote. We brainstorm about branding/advertisements using the video call feature and collaborate using the co-browsing, drawing, and document annotation features.
Great Sales Training Tool ! Wish I had used it from the beginning of the pandemic

It's amazing to be able to video call with many simultaneously and also for product tutorials to help them sell remotely

Am very happy with this tool , no complaints whatsoever .

It integrates with the tech stack very well. Also, the support is really good

I've been using Zoom and Skype to do occasional product walkthroughs and find them to be unsatisfying at best. Surfly allows me to visually highlight what I want my team member/prospect/customer to focus on, making the experience more engaging.

I haven't used it enough to give a fully informed opinion, but I wish I could have more drawing tools :D

There is nothing to dislike about Surfly's co-browsing.

Far better communication with customers. Speeding up the support. Co-browsing integrated into the platform.

If you're searching for a support tool to share all applications and windows of the client's machine, Surfly is not the right choice - Surfly focuses on data privacy. Thus, only the relevant content gets shared.
