Amazing collaboration tool

What do you like best about the product?
With Surfly we were able to instantly transform our self-service journey into a fully collaborative experience. Fully on-brand without pushing them to another software or app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the platform is very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finally we have a centralised solution and we were able to instantly transform our self-service journey into a collaborative experience.

What do you like best about the product?
They could not have been more helpful when helping my company with demo's and walkthroughs of using there tech. I have never interacted with another company that have been so friendly and share the values of that of my own. Obviously there product speaks for itself and I know its something we are looking to start using going forward and have already recommended the business to my friends in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing as i mentioned before the product is great and so are the people and in my mind thats what makes a company great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our business its solves the issue off face to face communication without the need of downloading additional software this is great for our business but more importantly our clientell!

Confidential information masking gives us a great amount of assurance in terms of security.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't support contextual assistance through live chat or role-based access control

Easing the form filling journey-assistance. Saves lot of time and reduces the iterations.

Web Session Sharing and Knowledge Transfer using Surfly in my Organization

What do you like best about the product?
Surfly is best when it comes to remote access, session takeover, and team collaboration platform. It has a user-friendly interface that establishes quick connectivity and session restoration in case of page failover. Handling our private sessions is safe, and it offers compatibility to various devices for joining the session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since its web-based session management platform, slight connectivity issues can impose significant session timeout. Few of our AWS platform webpages are not accessible, and its interface is slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We schedule our Session Sharing and Knowledge Transfer process through Superfly for our Team members and new joiners. Its support features are superb and offer an ideal solution for our requirements to organize a group collaboration activity. Through the common link provided by Surfly, we can invite our organization's associates to gather in an intuitive platform that is both appealing and compatible with many devices. Annotations are easy, and the Host can grant control to other members during their input sharing and feedback timeline. We can also share our supporting files with our attendees in a secure manner, thanks to its brilliant offline file-sharing features.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy with which one can get started and navigate on Surfly is amazing, and the outcomes are great. This is an excellent tool for improving customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing seems missing from the product at this stage. I am yet to find what I don't like that is not useful in the target market. This is a great tool to enhance customer experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhancing customer experience in sales and client servicing, and ultimately improving and sustaining revenue through increased sales success and customer retention. The Surfly customer engagement tool has capacity to imporve customer lifetime value through client satisfaction, which is an important metric in measuring business performance. The ability and flexibility of the Surfly customer engagement tool to apply in many user cases in multiple industries is excpetional.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Depending on your industry, you may use Surfly for many uses such as the following:

1. On boarding clients, including completing and signing documents such as loan agreements, insurance applications, sales and purchase agreements etc.
2. Addressing customer queries at branch networks without the customer having to visit a branch
3. Addressing customer queries through call centre operations
4. Advising clients on product features during a sales process, including in retail sales and high value products like motor vehicle sales
5. For insurance companies, engaging clients at claims stage for faster processing
6. For banks, engaging clients for faster query resolution on loans, transactional accounts etc
7. Many other applications in various indistries that require client contact/engagement and building trust as you may see appropriate to enhance client experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to co-browse, particularly in the post-Covid world, is a game changer; usually this entails downloading some software onto your computer, and struggling with tech issues. For Surfly, it's as simple as just sharing a link - which not only is faster and less cumbersome, it also means I can collaborate with others who might be less technically savvy. Surfly makes remote work even more achievable and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free trial is great, but you need to use it frequently enough to make the price tag make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick collaboration with screen share and document sharing without constant technical hiccups or download needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Quick and easy deployment with the plug and play gives hardly any overload.
It has the potential to improve customer experience multi-fold within the click of a few buttons.
A very good tool for sales as well as customer service associates to connect easily with customers

Should soon try to diversify and expand to other industry verticals as well.

API behefits for application intregations is fantastic. Giving customers audit information directly.

No brainer, nearest competion doesnt come close!
