The best and easiest co-browsing tool I've found
What do you like best about the product?
This co-browsing tool runs directly in the browser, where all other tools needs additional software. This makes it very easy and safe to use. It has and does everything you need and expect from a product like this.
I almost use it everytime when I have to support one of my clients from a distance. Explaining things is one, but just hopping into a Surfly session together makes everything so much smoother and easier. My clients are very impressed by it as well!

What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything to dislike up untill now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to support clients on products I've build from them. Doing this from a distance with Surfly (from home for example) instead of travelling makes this process very easy and smooth. Explaining things on a phone call or video is always possible, but just doing it hands on together is going an extra mile which my clients really appreciate.
The best onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
Surfly is a distingusihed platform, they're a middleware and make our user happy about security while providing a super easy cobrowsing platform. They accomodate our Australian timezone and have even had great meetings with their devs and ours so we know exactly all the things it can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! They've been great. Particularly our Account Executive Ayush
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're cobrowsing with our users for onboarding and support.

Good software. Easy to install, easy to use, plenty of documentation online if you want to get more out of it.

maybe more options for the pen color and different drawing options?

What do you like best about the product?
The approach with Surfly is detailed and service orinted. Everything is focused on the User experience and as a client, the responsiveness was fast and reliable which our industry needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some packages that if amalgamated for value would be a win and we appreciate in this day and age you can't give everything away for nothing

Assisting digital and low-digital users with their urgent enquiries when needing a visual aid to offer further support for CX
Company with a great Collaboration Product plus great customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service has been great. Their team is on top of all your questions and wants you to be able to get Surfly installed and ready to use quickly. Even afterward, they are there for you, unlike some companies that are nowhere to be found once you have paid for their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the fees would be listed in Euro and US currency; it would be easier to quickly know the price. It would be convenient even though it does not take long to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, not everyone we interact with can use video-audio conference services you need to download or update. Surfly has allowed us to email a link for our customers to easily join a video-audio conference and co-browse.
Co-browsing made simpler
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Surfly for nearly a year as the best cobrowsing tool for my work. Surfly has been exceptional in handling the coded pages for my work requirements. I have seen real good progress in my day to day outputs from using surfly. We as a part of the work always wanted co browse with our co-workers and others when required there surfly was much handy partner in serving us the requirement when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked everything about surfly. there is nothing to dislike about surfly. Thankful to the creators of surfly for making things easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is always problem when we intend to share screen and soomeone needs to lead. the Surfly is able to eliminate this issue and while using surfly we are able to share screen for multiple particpiants without any lag.

Super simple and easy to set up. There were no issues with getting everyone on board.

It is not a program that everyone is familiar with.

What do you like best about the product?
I was thoroughly impressed with the level of assistance they provided my company with demos and step-by-step instructions on how to use their technology. Their friendly demeanor and shared values made our interactions all the more pleasant, and I have yet to encounter another company that has left such a positive impression. Their product speaks for itself, and we are eager to start using it in the future. I have already recommended their business to my peers in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to this point, I have no grievances with the platform, and neither have any of our end users. Should we encounter any issues, I will provide an update accordingly.

Despite being in a remote setting, we have been able to maintain normal operations. Our branding and advertisement brainstorming sessions take place via video call, while our collaboration efforts utilize the co-browsing, drawing, and document annotation features.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing about the platform that I dislike. We have not had any complaints from any of our end users either. I will update if I find something that we don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surfly has allowed us to allow co-browsing from all levels within our SaaS platform. This platform is used from a support role within our company and will enable users to communicate with their clients.
