A complete and intuitive platform

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is easy to learn, I just watched some videos in an afternoon and I was ready to use it the same day. I found very complete tutorials, and my company had templates ready for everything I needed, so it didn't have a steep learning curve at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found braze sometimes is slow.
I found a workaround of having multiple tabs opened at the same time, so I start working in another campaign while I wait for the last one to be launched.
The platform could be faster and more fluid, but waiting times aren't dramatic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze to launch in-app communications and incentivize users' behaviors via discount vouchers.
Braze allows me to be specific about the users I want to target using different attributes.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is intuitive, easy to use, and quick to pick up. I enjoy the features that allow me to scale my automations with ease. I consider Braze's UI more straight-forward than it's competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Braze does not offer on-demand customer service. At times, emailing support can feel like your worries have ventured into a blackhole. I would love to see an iteration of Braze that offers part-time chat-based customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us connect with our users in the most timely and intuitive ways possible. Features like Intelligent Timing, Channels, and Selection all ensure we're doing our absolute best to be cognizant of how and when our users wish to be communicated with.

Braze is a great CRM tool

What do you like best about the product?
There is a guide for us to rely on if we are unsure of what some attributes are when we want to use them in our filters. Customer service is also swift. I am able to obtain results on my campaign performances easily as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is harder to create campaigns on Braze as compared to other competitors like Stripo and Insider, where their drag and drop features are more easy to use compared to Braze's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze enabled my team to set up automated campaigns, which really eased our workload by a lot, especially for campaigns with high frequency like weekly, monthly and quarterly ones. The ability to personalise our emails for vendors is also beneficial for our comms.

Easy transition and great experience with Braze!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Braze is its empowerment of all team members to run a campaign from start to end. It is easy and intuitive to build audiences, pull code blocks and templates, and even preview test devices in the platform to ensure no breaks are occurring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from SFMC, I wouldn't say I like Braze's lack of an auto-save feature. A few times, I have forgotten to save a work in progress, only to find that the tab or browser has accidentally been exited and all work has been lost.

It would be great to have a toggle feature where the user could choose whether they want auto-save functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, Braze is helping to solve my lack of expertise in building queries by creating an easy-to-use audience builder. I can independently make audience segments based on personalized customer attributes and preferences while ensuring all necessary exclusions are in place.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the interface and how easy it is to navigate around the platform. Tools and functionalities work very well and we were able to grow our email database and performance a lot since LY.
What do you dislike about the product?
Revenue is not accurate sometimes so we need to pull this from GA.

Data, Emails sent, Customers Insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility with the canvases and ease of designing and implementing the journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not as user friendly for the marketing team (e.g updating user subscriptions and attributes, ingesting new data)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Powering our cross channel communication whilst retaining a single view of customer.

Powerful and Intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
We just transitioned to Braze and found that it is much more intuitive, efficient and capable than our last tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The segmentation filters took some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made setting up our email marketing campaigns much quicker and more reliable. We are also now able to define the full user journey in one platform vs being segmented between channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has been an excellent marketing tool for our team helping us deliver timely, personalized, and relevant content to clients. The UI, user experience, ability to segment, Braze's automation tools, channels, and ability to use Liquid to create logic within emails, push notifications, and in-app modals have helped me become more self-serve and a more independent marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love additional trigger options for in-app modals (updates app to X version) and more use-case examples in Braze to understand its full capabilities, though Braze Bonfire has been a big help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps the company deliver timely content through relevant channels while leveraging the use of personalization, segments, and automation via Canvas, and helps reduce error by providing audience sizes in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is pretty good and you're able to learn the tool fast. I like the Canvas set up and the possibilities to work with connected content and webhooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user interface takes a bit time to load or crashes. But not often and they already improved it a lot in the last 2 years. Also the new design takes some getting used to. On the other hand it also would be nice to use more connected content for segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving the problem of make huge campaigns and set ups at easy as possible. For me, I benefit from the easy and good worlflow. I never lose the most important part of a campaign.
