Very useful and friendly UI, and the Support team is timely and detailed.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to review analytics within the platform itself, the ability to QA by user search, and ability to test using API sends. All of this makes for a friendly implementation + testing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to better understand where testing is failing. I would also like to know where live / active Brazes fail, since it's hard to QA when live. I wish we could follow one member through a Canvas flow in an easier view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exit canvas criteria. I think this improvement will help benefit me, as i often create hacky solutions to have members exit by using Audience Paths --> accept then everyone else as exit.

tool access, features, copy + edit feature to build off old campaigns and create new ones

Canvas flow is the single greatest feature I have under my belt as a Digital Marketing Specialist thanks to Braze

There's a bit of a learning curve but Braze has the necessary documentation and support to make sure I succeed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freeing up my time by making sure all user journey flow is automated. Lets me focus on the bigger picture.
I would highly recommend it to any CRM person since it has an advanced campaign & analytics panel.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful are the campaign and canvas setup screens where users can easily create and revise campaigns and test them on their app environment to update. When compared with competitors the screens are more user friendly and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, campaign and canvas analytics is not available but it is one of the most crucial things for us. It could be better to create an overall analytics page where we can see the big picture for selected metrics for the selected period with channel filtering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us to set up transactional and marketing campaigns that drive incremental orders and users. Thanks to Braze, we are more productive, and CRM initiatives drive more revenue.

Target customers on web as well as app-based channels.
Journeys are more real-time and most features are REST API enabled. This opens up a complete horizon of use cases that can be implemented using Braze.

The best tool for delivering personalised relevant engaging messages
What do you like best about the product?
The overall functionality of Canva is intriguing. Also, Content Cards are helping us to deliver content on a large scale, having users enjoy what is relevant to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Braze can improve on the 3 key features:
1) Not expiring campaigns.
2) Possibility to delete a campaign and not only to archive it;
3) Introduction of WYSIWYG editor for In-app Messaging and Content cards.

Braze is having an accelerator effect for our company making sure that we are able to deliver highly relevant and personalized messages to our audience, keeping us fully aligned with our strategy.
An excellent solution for marketing automation and customer engagement platform
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an easy platform to use if the integration is done correctly. The tutorials come in handy for new users, and the documentation is very thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to duplicate canvas flow and make changes to the flow more fluently and intuitively; I would like to drag&drop any step to wherever I want without changing all the arrows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves many problems, but the main benefits are the responsiveness in targeting many complex multi-channel marketing campaigns and the fact that it's reducing our internal dependency on the development team.
Easy-to-use email marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
The Braze UI is clean and the template builder is easy to use. Setting up email campaigns as well as duplicating old ones takes no time at all. The Canvas builder does take some time to set up but once you get the hang of it, is also intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to manually tag urls with utms is annoying. It does take some time to get familiar with the platform and the different ways you can build email segments.
