Perfect UX and always pushing new tools
What do you like best about the product?
UX experience is always getting better. Product release are always related what customers wants. All information that you may need is online. Super complete learning platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the only thing that Braze has to continue working is adding different access so you can manage between team who can or can't access to different parts of the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross channel orquestation based on user activity. Tools for creating segmentation are super powerfull and let you create whatever you imagine as a test group.
Braze has completely leveled up our marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
Where to begin! First, Braze makes it easy for a small + nimble email/lifecycle team to work efficiently. The general ease of the platform and interface is a breath of fresh air. Second, Braze easily organizes customer data in a way that makes it easy to segment and target. Additionally, I love how Braze allows us to truly think cross channel and figure out the best way to communicate with our customers. Lastly, Braze's customer support is INCREDIBLE, from our AM + CSM to the support team available for ticket help - everyone has made our transition successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times during our onboarding/integration that I felt we could have used a little more handholding. I (as a marketing lead) oversaw the entire integration, including on the tech side, so there were some areas there where more guidance from Braze would have been hepful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is allowing us to segment our customers based on data we have about them in our database and trust this data. A big issue with our previous ESP was data integrity. Braze's onboarding process ensured our data was accurate.
Solid Offering
What do you like best about the product?
Overall a pretty logically organized interface that's simple enough to self-teach.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into lengthy issues testing new Roku IAM features, raising multiple support tickets before finally a new release resolved the issue. Felt like it could have been remediated more quickly with transparent feedback. But it was fixed at the end of the day, and understandable brand new feature sets aren't always the most stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now, it's essentially our CDP, but also what we use to communicate with customers via IAM, push, and e-mail. Without Braze we'd have to find a new solution or build our own, which would be costly and not the most effective use of resources.
Fantastic ESP with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, lots of options to help personalise at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Individual link tracking as standard would be nice (rather than having to manually track specific links).

the email builder is not desirable any edit made prompts cursor to the top which can be annoying

What do you like best about the product?
Using custom events + attributes allows you to use braze in so many ways. Customizing the outreach to the member journey is awesome and impactful

A/B testing is sometimes a bit hard through Braze

Braze helps with automatic customer outreach through a multi-channel approach, mainly used in our mobile app, with push notifications and emails
Best Customer Engagement Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to learn, great metrics and tools for A-B testing, great filtering capabilities. Nice drag-in-drop templates for in-app overlays and email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email marketing metrics and capabilities still lag behind MailChimp and HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to easily and quickly reach our customers in a data-driven way.
Braze is really a big help!
What do you like best about the product?
Getting the required information for us who works as a customer support representatives to help resolve the issue of the customer and it also contributes to our knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything that Brazed cannot help us with. Everything that we needed can be found on Braze, even the smallest details required to fulfill our job as a customer service representatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware that there are problems that Braze is currently facing, but I do believe that this can easily be resolved by Technical Team who works non-stop for the improvement.
Marketing automation champ!
What do you like best about the product?
Canvas are the best thing about Braze. Although they do take time to set up and need to be tested thoroughly - it is worth it! Everything just flows!
What do you dislike about the product?
You run into unexpected outcomes very frequently. Constant attention needs to be given to analytics tools that are integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that helps us address is user engagement. With the right data insights, braze will help you have higher retention rates.
5* CRM
What do you like best about the product?
We recently switched to Braze (from CleverTap) as our CRM platform, and we are incredibly impressed with its capabilities thus far. The dashboard is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for the team to quickly get up to speed on how to use the platform.
One of the standout features of Braze is its robust customer segmentation capabilities. It allows us to easily create targeted campaigns and personalise messaging, which has helped us to engage effectively with our customers.
In addition to its robust functionalities, Braze also has excellent customer support. Whenever we have had a question or encountered an issue, the support team has been quick to respond and has always been able to help resolve it. The service provided by the Customer Success Team is second to none - Mark and Chloe couldn't be better!
Overall, we are delighted with Braze as our new CRM platform and would highly recommend it to other businesses looking to improve their customer engagement and marketing.

Thus far, we have not had any issues with the platform - There has been minimal downtown or complications compared to our previous platform which continuously caused problems.

Braze helps us connect and personalise our content to our database with a simple and effective platform that allows us to get campaigns at speed helping us drive revenue.
