What do you like best about the product?
Marketing automation and segmentation using the muti-channel or cross-channel
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking a conversion and revenue is quite inaccurate either in each campaign or each channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing engagements with our customers (media performance), More Traffic, and High conversion each campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze allows us to create fairly complex messaging experiences for our customers that are personalized and tailored to their own unique experiences. The fact that it works well with Amplitude and Snowflake are a huge plus, as lots of our existing data lives there, and is required to power these experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is not what I would call an intuitive or easy-to-use platform. It also lacks the kind of in-product support, guides, and prompts you might expect from a platform that is not user-friendly out of the box. That means our team frequently relies on Braze documentation to accomplish tasks in Braze or to integrate our stack into their platform. Unfortunately, Braze's documentation leaves much to be desired and usually contains very little helpful information. That leaves our team stuck and forced to reach out to Braze Support, which is inconsistent. Also, because Braze does not own any of its own proprietary messaging technology, troubleshooting issues with one channel or another is often quite difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching the right customer with the right message at the right time, all while we scale our user base and our internal team of Product, Growth Marketing, and Data folks.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very complete site, it has all the necessary options to create, modify and post a message. Help us to track our alerts in the important sites and tools used by the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is very useful the way it is. Probably you can include more languages because I remember that is only in English but not in Spanish and probably you can add the most used languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is solving the way we share something important with our customers and we are able to update our sites or apps very quickly and to the correct people, thank you.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user search and the fact that we can see the history as well as the resend email if necessary. I like to manage the receiving email especially when a payer does not want to receive promotions email for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to know basic things before to get started properly. I would like to get to landing page and know exactly what I need to pay in order to manage the contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using our admin tool internally i always go to braze to double check if everything is up and running on Braze. This way I can continue with our internal workflow.

A Powerful and User-Friendly Tool with Exceptional Support

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best aspects of Braze is its user-friendly interface and intuitive canvas-building feature. The platform is very easy to navigate and allows users to easily build (complicated) flows between messages through its straightforward drag-and-drop way of working. In particular, Braze's latest shift towards "Canvas Flow" has made building campaigns feel even more intuitive and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, my main complaint with Braze would've been the lack of customization options for in-app messages. However, they are currently rolling out a new drag-and-drop editor for in-app messages, which is looking very promising so that should improve that feature. Another potential downside is that email seems like an expensive channel to maintain, although I don't have any direct comparison to other platforms in terms of pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us to effectively communicate with our riders through various channels, including email, in-app messaging, and push notifications. This has allowed us to improve our lifecycle campaigns, target specific groups of riders with personalized messaging, and increase rider engagement. Additionally, Braze's user-friendly interface and intuitive canvas building make it easy for us to create and manage complex campaigns. Overall, Braze is helping us to improve the rider experience and drive positive results for our business.

The most complete multichannel CRM tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best multichannel tool that I have used. The platform is quite user-friendly and makes creating complex user journeys easy. What is more, the customer service and resources available to learn are very helpful. I also enjoy that they are constantly looking to improve and add new features. Even our product team has adopted Braze and is happy to help us integrate new Braze features so that we can make the most of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be improved as sometimes it's not easy to get the numbers that you would like to, although I know that they are working on it and improvements are on the way. There are more details I could mention, as I've been using the platform for many years. But I greatly appreciate their efforts to improve constantly, especially in the last couple of years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Braze for our CRM strategy but not only. We also use it for customer surveys and sometimes to test new potential product features before developing them on our app. It's a crucial tool to improve our business metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
The Completed customer engagement flow with welcoming, recommendations, promotions, cart push, and confirmation emails, specially configured for each platform and app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Low-level organizing of the Administrative Console
Manage Company Users

No search option to find the users. In cases when you need to check the company users, you must use control+F and find the name on the web page.

When you add a new user, Default permission is Company Admin level, not a secure way to protect the workspace and keep sensitive corporate information.
In case when the service is managed by Marketing team members who aren't technical people in data protection, cyber security, and access management, you will have a problem.

The user list fields and columns are not manageable, and they cannot filter users, emails, or their activity (last sign-in into the system) by A-Z format. Users add in chaotic and not based on the alphabet.

Security and SSO

Haven't an alternative sign-in method for Administrators to avoid SSO (in case your SSO is down and you need a switch to the sign-in process for users), you need to contact support and wait for their response while your business is stopped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the customer engagement platform as a service, our product can ingest and process customer data in real-time, orchestrate and optimize marketing campaigns and evolve customer engagement procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to implement Braze in a couple of weeks. The platform easily handles our complex use cases and the needs of multiple business units. I love how easy it is to duplicate campaigns for rapid execution. The reporting features have evolved a lot recently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using Braze. I think the Canvas UI works well, it could be made easier to view the creatives faster for fast edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy instrumentation of email campaigns - everything from user data management, email campaign set up, workflows, and reporting and optimization that gives us rapid insights on what's working well.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to use for people of varying skill sets and email marketing backgrounds. Customer service and account support has been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
enhanced email marketing metrics, no share functionality are two things I would like see.
